THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FEATURE. AUTO-RENEWAL PLAN PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU OPT-OUT OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL PLAN AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Your Agreement to the Auto-Renewal Plan:

By becoming a Birdland Member by purchasing Baltimore Orioles regular season tickets (“Season Tickets”) and agreeing to enroll in the Season Ticket Membership Auto-Renewal Recurring Payment Plan (“Auto-Renewal”), you, as an auto-renewing “Birdland Member”, understand and agree to give Baltimore Orioles Limited Partnership, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Club”) the authorization to charge your credit/debit card for Season Tickets for this baseball season and each future baseball season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards (until you terminate your authorization of Auto-Renewal) and further agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

You agree to pay to the Club the Purchase Price for Orioles season tickets. The Purchase Price refers to the invoice amount provided by the Club for Orioles season tickets (plus any ancillary charges such as parking, if applicable), which amount may change from season to season. See details in the next section.

Description of the Auto-Renewal Plan:

Your Season Tickets will automatically renew before the start of each MLB season, in or about September of the calendar year preceding the applicable MLB season. The Club will provide reasonable advance written notice (not less than 30 days) via email (to the email account contained in Birdland Member’s profile) of the date on which the Auto-Renewal Plan will renew (the “Opt-Out Deadline”), including an Invoice which will contain pricing, payment plans and other terms applicable to such MLB season. Please be advised that renewal prices associated with a subsequent season may have a higher price than the current season or a prior season. All information about any changes to Birdland Memberships, including the prices of each subsequent season’s renewal shall be communicated to Birdland Members with the Invoice.

All Season Ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made. The Club reserves the right to cancel Season Tickets for any reason, in the sole discretion of the Club.

The Club will automatically charge the credit/debit card of those enrolled in the Auto-Renewal Plan based on the payment plan selected by the Birdland Member (e.g. the current payment plans offered by the Club include Reserved Members (6 installments) or Flex Members (4 installments), beginning on each season’s first designated payment date as set forth in the applicable Invoice for such season. The automatic payment date typically will occur in or about September prior to the start of the upcoming season, which also is the Opt-Out Deadline for that season.

How to Terminate/Cancel Auto-Renewal

You may terminate auto-renewal at any time prior to the Opt-Out Deadline for any upcoming season by (a); visiting www.orioles.com/autorenewal and following the instructions to cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan (you may be asked to complete an Opt-Out Form on a voluntary basis); (b); by sending us an email with your request to [email protected] or (c); by contacting us with your request at 410-547-6161. Cancellation must be completed prior to the Opt-Out Deadline prior to the start of a new season to avoid being charged for Season Tickets for that season. NOTE: Any cancellation will only take effect for the coming season after the one for which you have agreed to purchase your Season Tickets. By agreeing to purchase Season Tickets utilizing the Auto-Renewal Plan, you understand that the authorizations set forth herein remain in force and effect until you cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan and until the end of the season for which you already have agreed to purchase your Season Tickets.

** Your Authority:**

By agreeing to purchase Season tickets utilizing the Auto-Renewal Plan, you hereby warrant that you have the authority to authorize charges to the credit/debit card for the season ticket account listed in the invoice (the “Season Ticket Account”) for the purpose of paying for Season Tickets for this baseball season and each future baseball season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards until you opt-out of the Auto-Renewal Plan as set forth herein, The Club will only accept one (1) valid credit/debit card per Season Ticket Account. Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover shall be accepted. If your credit/debit card is declined for any reason, you agree to be responsible for paying any and all remaining balances immediately and updating your Season Ticket Account accordingly.

In the event your credit/debit card account number changes, your authorizations set forth herein will remain in effect for the new account number(s). The Club shall not be liable for any erroneous bill statements or incorrect charges, and in the event an error occurs in billing, the Club’s only responsibility is to correct it when, and if, the Club receives notice of the error.

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule specified by Club may result in denied entry to any baseball game or event at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and Club reserves the right to restrict entry to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and/or revoke Season Ticket Member privileges if the Account is not paid in full or paid in accordance with the payment schedule specified by the Club, and/or if any authorized charge is refused by the applicable credit card company or bank for any reason.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You understand that by agreeing to these Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions you give authorization to Club to charge your credit/debit card for your Season Ticket Membership fees, which includes the Season Tickets described herein and in the Birdland Membership Agreement, and you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein. You understand that the Club will charge your subsequent Season Ticket Membership fees to your authorized card/account in association with the payment schedule described above until your Season Ticket Membership fees are paid in full. You acknowledge that your Season Ticket Membership will automatically renew for the following baseball season on or about September 15th of each successive baseball season, unless you cancel auto-renewal in accordance with these terms prior to the termination of the applicable Opt-Out Period for such season.

You understand that you may cancel your participation in the Auto-Renewal Plan via the various procedures described in the “How to Terminate/Cancel” section above.
