Welcome to your one-stop shop for all you need to know about your Birdland Membership!

Check back to stay up to date on your membership benefits and Birdland Rewards.

We encourage all members to check to make sure they know their password and have no issues logging in. When setting up your account for the first time, click forgot password to setup your password. It’s also important that you log in using the email address associated with your Birdland Membership.

2025 Birdland Member Renewals

Birdland Membership renewals are now live! Here are some key updates to keep in mind:

  • You can review updates to your 2025 Birdland Membership benefits in the chart below.
  • 2025 Reserved Membership game schedules can be found on orioles.com/memberships.
  • Your account is eligible for renewal! An invoice is loaded to your My Orioles Tickets account for the same plan as the 2024 season for the 2025 season. If any changes need to be made to your plan type or location, you will hear directly from Member Services or your personal account representative.
  • Account credit is not eligible to be used towards your 2025 Birdland Membership renewal.

Birdland Membership Auto-Renewal

New to Birdland Memberships for the 2025 season is Auto-renewal!

Auto-renewal makes it easy to maintain your Birdland Membership year after year. At the time of your 2025 renewal, you may opt-in to Auto-renewal for the 2026 season. Enrolled Members’ season tickets will automatically be renewed for each successive season with the original payment method used unless you cancel your membership or opt-out of the Auto-renewal plan.

Once enrolled in Auto-renewal during your 2025 renewal season, no action is needed on your part for the 2025 season. We will be in touch with further communication for the following season at a later time.

2025 Payment Plan Dates

Accounts who renew their Birdland Membership and opt-in to Auto-renewal will have the ability to enroll in an interest-free payment plan. Your first payment will be processed at the time of your renewal and all remaining payments will be automatically processed to the enrolled credit card on each payment date.

O's Pay

All Birdland Members can receive their exclusive concessions and merchandise discounts at the ballpark by using O’s Pay, which is in the MLB Ballpark app. By scanning the My QR Code within O’s Pay your Birdland Membership discount will be applied. You may also add a credit card to your O’s Pay account to seamlessly complete your purchase.

Access to discounts for new 2025 buyers will begin at the start of the 2025 regular season.

How to Use Your Tickets

HOW TO FORWARD TICKETS:

It's not difficult, we promise!

  • Once logged in, select "FORWARD" on the top left side of the screen
  • Choose the game, then tickets you want to forward.
  • Add friends to forward to or select existing friends.
  • Type a personal message and confirm to forward your tickets digitally!

Once your tickets are forwarded your original tickets will no longer be valid.

Did your plans change?

To recall a previously forwarded ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Select "VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY" on the right side of the screen
  2. Choose Game or Parking event you Forwarded and select the ticket(s) you forwarded
  3. Select "Recall" on the ticket(s) to return the tickets

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS:

One of the many benefits of being a Birdland Member is the ability to exchange your tickets. My Orioles Tickets makes it easy to exchange tickets online. Just following these steps.

How to Use My Tickets Ticket Exchange:

  • Log in to your My Orioles Tickets account with your MLB.com account and password
  • Once logged in, select "EXCHANGE" on the left side of the screen.
  • Choose the game and seats you would like to exchange, and you'll be prompted to select the game you desire to exchange into.
  • Pick your seats from the map, choose a delivery method and check-out!

Exchange functionality is not active for Flex Memberships, Sarasota Birdland Memberships, single game or group ticket purchasers. Flex Members should click here for information on exchanges.
