A
Account Information
Please keep your contact information (name, phone, email) up to date throughout the year.
You can update your phone number and mailing address online through the My Tickets portal. Click on the icon with the three lines in the upper right corner, then My Account, then User Info. Please note, that email addresses cannot be changed online because it impacts login information. If you need to update your email address, please contact your account representative or Member Services at members@orioles.com.
Ensure that you do not have a spam filter on your e-mail that is preventing our messages from getting to you. Please make sure you have the following email addresses added to your personal e-mail address book or allowed in your spam filters to ensure that you receive all relevant communications from orioles.com: members@orioles.com, feedback@mail.mlblists.com, feedback@mail.mlbamlists.com, feedback@lists.mlb.com, feedback@website.mlb.com and feedback@mail.mlbemail.com.
Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal simplifies the Birdland Membership experience by automatically renewing your season tickets each season.
Upon purchasing a 2026 Birdland Membership, you will be required to enroll in Auto-renewal. Your season tickets will automatically be renewed for each successive season with the original payment method used unless you cancel your membership by opting out. Members will be notified of any Birdland Membership changes (including benefits, pricing, and more) and the approaching opt-out deadline at least 30 days in advance. In the event you opt out of Auto-renewal, your Birdland Membership will not be renewed for future seasons.

**Concessions discount includes most food items and non-alcoholic beverages. Some restrictions apply including the Birdland Value Menu, Warehouse Bar & Restaurant, as well as suite and party catering.

Credit
Credit from a Flex Membership or credit as a result of an exchange must be used within the 2026 regular season for tickets or parking. Flex funds are not eligible to be used for 2026 Opening Day tickets, your 2027 Birdland Membership renewal, 2026 Postseason tickets, Suite Purchases, Concessions or Merchandise. Unused credit from the 2026 season expires on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

eGift Cards
An Orioles eGift Card is the perfect gift for every O’s fan! Orioles eGift Cards can be used for tickets at Orioles.com or the Oriole Park box office. They can also be used at concessions and merchandise locations throughout Oriole Park*.

Exhibition Game at Camden Yards
As a Birdland Member, you have special access when the Orioles host the Nationals for an exhibition game on Sunday, March 22 at 1:35 p.m. Access to discounted $7 tickets is available now through the Exclusive Offers tab in your My Orioles Ticket account. Please note that only the lower-level will be open for this event. Parking passes are available while supplies last at checkout.

Gate Opening Times
Group Tickets
Birdland Members can celebrate an event and create new memories for your group of 15 or more. Contact your account representative for seating and pricing options to fit your group’s needs.
Guaranteed Gate Giveaways *NEW FOR 2026*
Access to a reserved members-only gate using tickets in the orginal Full, Half or Partial plan and the giveaway is guaranteed.
This is valid only for tickets in an original reserved plan. Flex tickets, additional ticket purchases or exchanges are not eligible.

Returning for the 2026 season, Birdland members will have access to 15% off at MLBshop.com/Orioles. Your unique code will be emailed to you prior to the start of the season.
MLB.TV
Your MLB.TV access will begin prior to the start of Spring Training games. You will receive an email notifying you when your MLB.TV subscription is available, and how to redeem it.
My Orioles Tickets Account
My Orioles Tickets is your online tickets experience to easily manage season and single game tickets from a secure and convenient location Orioles.com.
Use your account to access your tickets, exchange your tickets, forward tickets to your friends/family, and make payments on your account. For more information or to login visit orioles.com/myaccount.

Oriole Bird Appearance Member Discount
Members receive a 20% discount on Oriole Bird Appearances at your special event. Add some Orioles Magic to your birthday celebrations, weddings, corporate parties, festivals, fundraisers, or virtual events by booking The Bird today!
To access your discount, please mention that you are a Birdland Member at the time of booking.
O’s Pay
2026 Birdland Members can receive their concessions and merchandise discount using O’s Pay, which is easily located in the MLB Ballpark app. O's Pay uses a unique QR code which allows members to receive their discount and pay, using their credit card on file, with a single scan!
Birdland Members will have access to these benefits starting with the 2026 regular season.
The digital membership card used in previous season has been discontinued and O’s Pay is the only way to apply your discount quickly at all retail and concession locations throughout Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
Here’s how to access your O’s Pay:
1. Log in to the MLB Ballpark App.
2. Make sure you are logged into the MLB Ballpark App using your MLB.com email address and password that you use for your My Orioles ticket account. To check to see if you are logged in correctly open the Ballpark App, click on your initials in the top left corner click my MLB account emails. At the top you will see “You’re logged in with the following email”. The email that is listed must be the same email address you use for you My Orioles Ticket account.
3. Once you’ve confirmed that you are logged in property you can proceed to the next step
- Tap the 'Teams' tab in the bottom right corner.
- Choose the Baltimore Orioles (this may already be selected).
- Scroll down to 'O’s Pay.'
- Tap 'O’s Pay.’
- From the home screen, click My info to confirm that the email listed in O’s Pay matches your email you are logged into the Ballpark App with add your credit card to your account.
- Open ‘QR Code Pay’ to scan at all concessions and merchandise locations to apply your discount.
As a reminder, this benefit is exclusive to you as the account holder and is not transferrable to guests or other members of your attending party. You must log into the Ballpark app with the email address we have on file for the discount to apply.
You should be able to see your membership level listed right under your name in O’s Pay. If you cannot see that please let us know as that means your discount is not applied.

Your Birdland Member discount does not apply to suite or party catering and cannot be used at the Home Plate Club. Discounts cannot be combined with other special offerings.

Parking
Full season and Half season members can add a BC parking pass to their account (1 pass per account). Partial plan members can add an FGH pass to their account (1 pass per account). Single game parking can be added at checkout when purchasing tickets through your My Orioles Ticket account while supplies last.

Partners
A partner is defined as anyone with whom you share seats on your 2026 Reserved Birdland Membership. By inviting someone as a partner on your account, you can share your Birdland Rewards points and allow them to access your discount on concessions and merchandise through O’s Pay. Partner Function will be live once Birdland Rewards launches in mid-March. To add a partner, please go to your Birdland Rewards account at rewards.orioles.com. Use your same login for your My Orioles Ticket account. Click on "Partners" in your Rewards portal. Click “Add New Partner” to send an invite by email to your partner(s). They will be sent an email walking them through how to accept your partner invitation.
Partners are limited by Membership Level as follows:
Full Season – 5 partners
Half Season – 3 partners
Partial Season – 1 partner

Scoreboard Social *NEW FOR 2026*
Located in center field just below the new videoboard, Scoreboard Social is a brand-new space coming to Camden Yards in 2026.
This unique, covered patio space has a stunning view of center field, flat screen high-definition TVs, and is a perfect place for groups to gather before and during the game while enjoying a ballpark fare menu and private bar. Scoreboard Social will be available for private groups of up to 300 guests looking for a one-of-a-kind outing at the park.
When not booked for private events, Scoreboard Social will be open to all fans and feature beer, wine, spirits, and a fun atmosphere!
SeatGeek
SeatGeek is integrated with your My Orioles Ticket account and the MLB Ballpark app.
Accounts making purchases solely for resale are subject to cancellation without notice. The Orioles reserve the right to determine broker/reseller status.
Spring Training Access
Purchase discounted Spring Training single game tickets. Access the sale through your My Orioles Tickets Account.
Suites
Oriole Park offers dozens of luxurious private suites of a variety of sizes. Birdland Members receive a 10% discount on suite rentals.
We have a variety of suites that can accommodate groups from 14 to 44 guests.

Special Ticket Packages
What are Special Ticket Packages?
- Special Ticket Packages are a separately sold product that includes a ticket with a limited-edition item or unique experience. These Packages must be purchased separately to receive the special item or experience.
How do I purchase?
- Special Ticket Packages can be purchased by visiting Orioles.com/TicketPackages and using the link associated with your desired package.
Already have tickets?
If you already have tickets and would like a Special Ticket Package limited-edition item, there are two options:
Purchase a New Special Ticket Package: Beginning in March, you can use your exclusive online ticket exchange portal to move your original tickets to another game.
Birdland Rewards: Remaining limited-edition items will be available for point redemption beginning at 10:00 on the morning following the Special Ticket Package game, while supplies last.
Please note that Special Ticket Package items are not eligible under the Guaranteed Giveaway Program since they are sold separately from the Birdland Membership package.

Ticket Sellback Program *NEW FOR 2026*
During a limited time from February 11th through February 16th Reserved Members (Full, Half or Partial Plans) can return up to 30% of games in their package to be applied to their 2027 renewal. The credit can only be used towards the renewal of a 2027 Birdland Membership and will not be accessible during the 2026 regular season or 2026 Postseason.
