Account Information
Please keep your contact information (name, phone, email) up to date throughout the year.
You can update your phone number and mailing address online through the My Tickets portal. Click on the icon with the three lines in the upper right corner, then My Account, then User Info. Please note, that email addresses cannot be changed online because it impacts login information. If you need to update your email address, please contact your account representative or Member Services at [email protected]
Ensure that you do not have a spam filter on your e-mail that is preventing our messages from getting to you. Please make sure you have the following email addresses added to your personal e-mail address book or allowed in your spam filters to ensure that you receive all relevant communications from orioles.com: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].

Batting Practice
Birdland Members Clubhouse, presented by SeatGeek
During the 2024 Postseason, the Birdland Member Clubhouse will be accessible exclusively to 2024 Birdland Members with club-level tickets. Access will be granted from gate opening until the end of the second inning. Please note, complimentary offerings will not be available.
Due to capacity limits, non-club-level ticket holders will not have access to the Club Level or Member Clubhouse during the postseason.
Club Level Access
Club Level access is exclusive to Club Level ticket holders.
Birdland Rewards
The Birdland Rewards program has ended for the 2024 season. If you have unclaimed items, please contact Member Services to either pay $15 for local shipping or arrange pickup after the postseason. There will be no pickups during postseason games.

Diamond, Black, and Gold Glove Level Members receive 30% off concessions
Orange, Rookie, Pro, and Veteran Level Members receive 25% off concessions
Birdland Members must use O’s Pay located in the MLB Ballpark app to access their in-park concessions and merchandise discounts. For more information on O's Pay see below
All Birdland Member benefits are available for the account holder only and are not transferrable.
New 2025 Birdland Members will have access to these benefits starting with the 2025 regular season.

Credit
Credit from a Flex Membership or credit as a result of an exchange must be used within the 2024 regular season for tickets or parking. Credit is not eligible to be used towards Opening Day, Postseason, concessions, and/or merchandise. Unused credit from the 2024 season expired on Sunday, September 22, 2024.
