Birdland Membership Auto-Renewal FAQ

Auto-Renewal

What is Auto-renewal?

New to Birdland Memberships for the 2025 season is our Auto-renewal program. The all-new program will begin in 2025 for the 2026 season.

Auto-renewal makes it easy to maintain your Birdland Membership year over year. Enrolled Members’ season tickets will automatically renew for each successive season with the original payment method used unless you cancel the auto-renew feature before the opt-out deadline for the next season, which typically will be in or around September prior to the start of the next season. Members enrolled in Auto-renewal will be notified of any pricing/benefit changes and the approaching deadline at least 30 days in advance.

How do I opt-out of Auto-renewal?

If you would like to opt-out of the program, you have complete control to do so before each season’s deadline. The deadline to opt-out for the 2026 season will be in September of 2025. Renewal dates and more information will be communicated at a later date.

To opt-out of the program, please notify your Orioles representative by calling 410-547-6161 or cancel at orioles.com/autorenewal.

What payment plans am I eligible for?

If you are not enrolled in Auto-renewal, you are ineligible to pay via our payment plans and must pay your invoice in full for each season by the applicable renewal deadline. The following payment plans are only eligible for accounts opted into the Auto-renewal program with election to pay by credit card. All Members enrolled in Auto-renewal will be placed into one of the two payment plans below based on your membership type.

  • Reserved Members will be enrolled in a 6-month payment plan
  • Flex Members will be enrolled in a 4-month payment plan

If I enroll in Auto-renewal, am I able to change my plan size and/or seating location?

Yes, changes to your plan size and seating location can be made with your Birdland Membership account representative each year after you receive the pricing and plan information by email for the following season; details of which, including date and time for opting out of Auto-renewal, will be determined at the conclusion of the current season.

What happens if I enroll in Auto-renewal now, and later change my mind about my enrollment status?

No problem. You can opt-out of Auto-renewal feature at any time, effective for the next season. But you must do so prior to the opt-out deadline for the next season, which typically will occur in or about September prior to the start of the coming season (exact dates will be communicated to enrolled Members at least 30 days in advance of the deadline). If you do not opt-out by the deadline, you will be charged for the next season. See the “How to Opt-out” Section below for details how to cancel Auto-renewal.

What am I agreeing to by opting into Auto-renewal?

Each account enrolling in Auto-renewal must agree to the Terms & Conditions Agreement.

If I enroll in Auto-renewal, will I be able to review pricing, payment dates, and other details before the first payment is made?

Yes, you will be able to review all pertinent information prior to the opt-out deadline, at least 30 days prior to that deadline.

Do I have to sign up for Auto-renewal to do the flexible payment plan?

Yes. You may only receive the payment plan if you opt-in to Auto-renewal.

Does it cost extra to enroll?

No. Enrolling in Auto-renewal does not change the total balance of your order.

Can I pay off my balance before the final payment plan due date?
