Baltimore Orioles Community Ticket Grant Application

The Commissioner's Community Initiative aims to create opportunities for individuals who may not typically have access to experience a Major League Baseball game. This includes children and families supported by nonprofit organizations, civic and community groups, and other deserving organizations that serve individuals facing financial or other barriers.

Eligible Groups:

  • Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and charitable community groups.
  • Organizations that support individuals who face financial or accessibility barriers that prevent them from attending a game.

Application Process:

  • The application must be fully completed, including all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Applications are reviewed by the Baltimore Orioles Community Engagement Department. Ticket approval and seating locations are determined based on availability at the time of review.
  • Ticket allocations are approved on a month-to-month basis. If your request is approved, your organization will receive a notification 4-6 weeks before your assigned game.
  • Organizations will receive an email from community@orioles.com confirming the game date for which tickets have been awarded.

Ticket Distribution Options:

DIGITAL TICKETS:

Option 1: Distribute the tickets to everyone in your group manually through the MLB Ballpark app

  • Tickets will be sent to the primary group contact through the MLB Ballpark app.
  • The primary contact and all attendees must have an active email address and access to the MLB Ballpark app on a mobile device (phone or tablet).
  • The primary group contact distributes tickets to all attendees through the app.

Option 2: Utilize our Group Ticket Distribution Tool

  • Primary group contact can use a dedicated ticket distribution tool to easily allocate tickets directly to individuals within their organization. This eliminates the need to send each ticket manually and ensures efficient, seamless distribution. More details will be provided upon ticket approval.
  • Note: Primary contact will need to have an active email address and access to the MLB Ballpark app to use this tool.

BALLPARK PICK-UP:

  • Organizations may pick up tickets in person on a designated pick-up day before their scheduled game. Details regarding pick-up dates, times, and location will be provided in the confirmation email.

Important Information:

  • Transportation and meals are not provided with the tickets.

All requests for ticket donations must be submitted online via the Community Ticket Grant Application. Phone calls, emails, and mail requests will not be accepted.
