MyTwins Membership Terms and Conditions
MyTwins Membership Program
You agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) associated with the MyTwins Membership program and MyTwins Rewards (each defined below). These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Minnesota Twins, LLC (the “Minnesota Twins”).
MyTwins Memberships – How to Participate:
- Reserved Membership: The Reserved Membership (formerly known as Minnesota Twins Season Ticket Plans) includes the twenty (20) Game plan, a Half Season plan, or Full Season plan, and provides the same seats for each regular season game that were available under your traditional season ticket plan. Fans who purchase a Reserved Membership are “Reserved Members.”
- Choice Membership: The Choice Membership is a new Minnesota Twins MyTwins Membership that contains five (5) different investment levels to choose from (each a “Choice Membership Level”) giving you the flexibility to select by individual game your seats and the number of guests attending that regular season game. The Choice Membership Level you choose will set the balance in your Choice Membership account (the “Choice Membership Account”) and unlock core Benefits (defined below) associated within that Choice Membership Level. Each seat you select will reduce the balance in your Choice Membership Account. Choice Memberships are available for purchase at any time, including after the start of the Minnesota Twins season. Fans who purchase a Choice Membership are “Choice Members.”
- Flex Membership: The Flex Membership provides the same voucher redemption plan that was available under the traditional Minnesota Twins Flex Plan, featuring twenty (20), forty (40), or eighty (80) digital vouchers redeemable for specific seating areas only (with limited game restrictions). The Flex Membership is only available to 2024 Minnesota Twins Flex Plan holders who are enrolled in the auto-renewal payment program for the 2025 MLB regular season. Fans renewing their 2024 Flex Plan for the 2025 regular season are “Flex Members.”
- Free to Enroll Membership: Fans who do not purchase a Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership are eligible to participate in the MyTwins Rewards program through a Free to Enroll Membership. See details below on how to become a Free to Enroll Member. Fans who participate in the MyTwins Rewards program but do not purchase a MyTwins Membership are “Free to Enroll Members.”
By selecting any one of the MyTwins Memberships described above, you become a “MyTwins Member” and will enjoy a variety of advantages which are detailed below and at this link.
MyTwins Memberships—Important Definitions:
- “Benefits” refer to the exclusive savings and discounts received with the purchase of a MyTwins Membership.
- “Membership Year” means the 12-month period beginning November 1 of the applicable calendar year and ending on October 31 of the following calendar year (covering a single Minnesota Twins MLB regular season during the applicable 12-month period).
- “MyTwins Members” means all Reserved Members, Choice Members, Flex Members, and Free to Enroll Members.
- “MyTwins Membership” refers to any Reserved Membership, Choice Membership, Flex Membership or Free to Enroll Membership.
- “MyTwins Membership Auto-Renewal Payment Plan” refers to the automatic renewal payment plan options (monthly, 50/50 or payment in full) available when purchasing your Reserve Membership, Choice Membership or Flex Membership.
- “MyTwins Rewards” means the unique experiences, merchandise, special offers, sweepstakes, etc. that can be redeemed within the MyTwins Marketplace utilizing Points (defined below) earned by a MyTwins Member each Membership Year.
- “Ticket Partners” refer to individuals identified through the MLB Ballpark App by the primary account owner of a Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership who are eligible for certain Benefits that are available to the primary account holder under the selected Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership. The number of Ticket Partners permitted under each MyTwins Membership is subject to certain limitations as determined by the Minnesota Twins.
MyTwins Memberships—General Terms and Conditions:
- All MyTwins Members are eligible to participate in MyTwins Rewards (see “MyTwins Rewards Terms and Conditions” below for more information).
- All Reserved Members, Choice Members and Flex Members (as applicable) must enroll in a MyTwins Membership Auto-Renewal Payment Plan (certain exceptions may apply).
- Minnesota Twins reserve the right to cancel any MyTwins Membership if the Minnesota Twins (in its sole discretion) determines that membership is being utilized for the primary purpose of reselling tickets available under that membership.
- Minnesota Twins reserve the right to cancel a MyTwins Membership, including any tickets available under that membership, if the MyTwins Member fails to make payments in accordance with the payment plan selected for that membership.
- MyTwins Memberships do not include Minnesota Twins spring training tickets or postseason tickets. However, all MyTwins Members receive priority to separately purchase spring training and postseason tickets, based on your MyTwins Rewards Status (as detailed in the “MyTwins Rewards Program—Terms & Conditions” section below). In addition, Reserved Members who have a full-season plan will have the ability to purchase postseason tickets in the same seat locations included in their Reserved Membership during the regular season. This Benefit may not apply to Reserve Members who have a half season or twenty (20) game plan.
- Game tickets available under the Reserved, Choice or Flex Memberships are not subject to per ticket or per order handling fees. Any ticket purchases outside of your selected Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership remain subject to per ticket and per order handling fees.
- The ticket discount and merchandise discounts provided with your Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership cannot be applied to theme night ticket packages, or any promotional items associated with such theme night. Many theme night items will be available for separate purchase by MyTwins Members.
- Tickets that are available through your Reserved or Choice Membership are non-refundable and may not be cancelled at any time, however, such tickets are eligible to be exchanged under the Minnesota Twins Ticket Exchange Program (found here).
- Any Reserved or Choice Member may exchange their tickets for any available seat in a qualifying seating area and pay the difference in value, if necessary (some restrictions may apply).
- The redemption value of the exchanged tickets will be applied to the total value of the new tickets you select, at the price for which the exchanged tickets are available on the day of your exchange.
- Choice Members may apply any balance in their Choice Membership Account to any total amount still due (if any) following your exchange.
Choice Membership—Terms & Conditions
As a Choice Member, you will be able to utilize your selected Choice Membership Level to create and customize your own Choice Membership package, including ticket discounts and other unique Benefits for the applicable Membership Year. The Benefits available to you within each Choice Membership Level are summarized in the below table:

*Ticket Partners identified by primary account owners are eligible for Food & Beverage/Merchandise Discount, Early Entry, and Member only Gate Access.
As noted in the table above, certain Benefits that are available at each Choice Membership Level may be extended to Ticket Partners. Each Ticket Partner is provided a QR code, accessible through the “MyTwins” tab of the MLB Ballpark App, that must be scanned to receive the available Benefits. Ticket Partners are not eligible to receive the ticket discount made available to the primary account owner.
Choice Membership—Seat Selection and Inventory
- All seat inventory available to Choice Members within the selected Choice Membership Level are subject to availability on a game-by-game basis (including ADA seating).
- Choice Members may utilize the balance, if any, in their Choice Membership Account to obtain seats in seating areas outside of those included with their Choice Membership Level, however, no ticket discount will apply to any seats selected in seating areas not included in the applicable Choice Membership Level.
- Choice Membership Account balances may not be utilized to purchase spring training tickets, postseason tickets or the Twins Pass.
- Choice Membership Account balances may not be immediately available for seat selection at the time of purchase of your Choice Membership. Choice Membership Account balances will be updated as soon as possible but could take up to three (3) business days to be reflected in your Choice Membership Account.
- The maximum number of tickets redeemable per game at each Choice Membership Level will be strictly enforced. Group ticket redemptions are not available through your Choice Membership.
Choice Membership—Discounts, Benefits and Ticketing Fees
- Ticket discounts for Choice Members are only available when logged into your MyTwins ticket account associated with your Choice Membership, and by exclusively utilizing the Special Offers tab associated with your on-line account located here or the Choice Redemption Tab when logged into your account through the MLB Ballpark App.
- Ticket discounts are applied to the price of each ticket at the time the seat selection is made. Ticket prices are subject to change.
- Choice Membership Account balances may be used to redeem discounted tickets being made available through special promotions; however, your Choice Membership discount will not be applied to these already discounted tickets.
- Choice Members who enroll at a lower Choice Membership Level may be eligible to receive the Benefits associated with a higher Choice Membership Level if (i) the Choice Member’s overall spend on game tickets in the applicable Membership Year meets or exceeds the minimum spend amount associated with the higher Choice Membership Level and (ii) the Choice Member agrees to auto-renew for the following Membership Year into the higher Choice Membership Level.
- Choice Membership Account balances, if any, at the end of each Membership Year do not “roll over” to any subsequent Membership Year; accordingly, you will not be able to use any balance in your Choice Membership Account to redeem tickets for any subsequent Membership Year.
- Benefits available at each Choice Membership Level may vary from season to season, as determined in the sole discretion of the Minnesota Twins.
MyTwins Rewards Program—Terms & Conditions
Who is Eligible?
All Reserved, Choice and Flex Members are automatically enrolled in “MyTwins Rewards,” a members-only program that provides exclusive access and certain other privileges based on the level of points accumulated each Membership Year (the “Points”). You agree to the following additional terms and conditions regarding the MyTwins Rewards program and your accumulated Points. Points have no cash value and expire on October 31st of each Membership Year.
There are four (4) separate status levels within the MyTwins Rewards program (each status referred to below is a “MyTwins Rewards Status”):
- Pro (0-999 Points)
- All-Star (1,000-2,999 Points)
- MVP (3,000-14,999 Points)
- Legend (15,000+ Points)
You will initially receive Points based on the MyTwins Membership you purchase and your unbroken tenure as a Minnesota Twins ticket holder. You may also earn Points in a variety of ways each Membership Year as described in more detail below.
Earning Points: Reserved, Choice and Flex Members:
All Reserved, Choice and Flex Members are eligible to earn Points that may be redeemed during a specific Membership Year for MyTwins Rewards (including but not limited to concessions credits, Target Field on-field experiences, and exclusive getaways). Available MyTwins Rewards and the process for redemption can be found on the MLB Ballpark App under the tab titled “MyTwins Marketplace.” Points may be earned in several ways, including:
- Reserved, Choice and Flex Members will earn two (2) Points for each one dollar ($1) spent on your selected MyTwins Membership (and any additional single game tickets purchased during the applicable MLB regular season) as well as on concessions and merchandise purchases made at Target Field during that regular season (certain exclusions may apply.) Points for concessions or merchandise purchases are awarded only when you scan your F&B/Merchandise discount QR code at checkout (all QR codes are located within the “MyTwins” section of the MLB Ballpark App) at regular season games only.
- Points will not be awarded for expenditures related to any ticket or order handling fees, taxes, gratuities, etc.
- Additional Points may be earned by Reserved, Choice and Flex Members based on your continuous, unbroken tenure* as a MyTwins Member and/or Minnesota Twins Season Ticket Holder (pursuant to the below table).

*Tenure calculations are based on the MLB regular season applicable to the MyTwins Membership you purchased and may not necessarily be the calendar year in which the purchase was made.
- Points earned but not utilized by Reserved, Choice and Flex Members on or before October 31st of the applicable Membership Year expire and will not roll over to the subsequent Membership Year.
- Ticket Partners do not earn Points based on the MyTwins Membership purchased by the primary account owner. Ticket Partners may earn Points for their concessions and merchandise purchases, Group/Hospitality purchases, and game attendance so long as they become a Free to Enroll Member as detailed in the following section.
Earning Points: Free to Enroll Members:
- Individuals who do not purchase a Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership or are identified as a Ticket Partner by the primary account owner of a Reserved, Choice or Flex Membership, are eligible to earn Points under the MyTwins Rewards program by becoming a Free to Enroll Member. To enroll in the MyTwins Rewards program without purchasing a membership, you must access the tab titled “MyTwins” within the MLB Ballpark App. Once enrolled, Free to Enroll Members will earn one (1) Point for each one dollar ($1) spent on Minnesota Twins single game tickets, concessions, and merchandise at Target Field during the applicable Membership Year. Points for concessions or merchandise purchases are awarded only when you scan your F&B/Merchandise QR code at checkout (all QR codes are located within the “MyTwins” Section of the MLB Ballpark App).
- Points will not be awarded for expenditures related to any ticket or order handling fees, taxes, gratuities, etc.
- Points earned but not utilized by a Free to Enroll Member during the applicable Membership Year will not roll over to the subsequent Membership Year.
- Free to Enroll Members may have their earned Point total doubled if they (i) subsequently purchase a Reserved or Choice Membership during the applicable Membership Year and (ii) enroll in the MyTwins Membership Auto-Renewal Payment Plan for the selected Reserved or Choice Membership for the following Membership Year.
- Free to Enroll Members may also earn additional Points as described in the following section.
Additional Ways to Earn Points:
Purchasing Group Outings or Additional Hospitality Packages
- MyTwins Members may earn additional Points by purchasing a Minnesota Twins regular season group outing or other hospitality purchases, when (i) paid in full and (ii) purchased through your MyTwins Membership account.

- Multiple single game suites or Skyline Suites purchased for a single regular season game qualify as one purchase, regardless of the number of suites purchased.
In-Person Game Attendance
- MyTwins Members will earn at least ten (10) Points for each Minnesota Twins regular season game attended at Target Field during the applicable Membership Year. Points for attendance are awarded on a per game basis, and not on a per ticket basis. A MyTwins Member who transfers their tickets to another person will still be awarded attendance Points when their transferred tickets are utilized for entry into Target Field. Any MyTwins Members who receives and utilizes tickets transferred from another MyTwins Member will also receive ten (10) attendance Points for each game attended.
Points Redemption
- MyTwins Members may redeem Points in the MyTwins Marketplace beginning in approximately January/February of each Membership Year.
- Points may be redeemed for MyTwins Rewards listed in the MyTwins Marketplace tab located within the MLB Ballpark App. For the avoidance of doubt, Points are redeemable only during the Membership Year through the MLB Ballpark App and may not be accessed/redeemed online, over the telephone or in person.
- MyTwins Rewards may be removed or added during any Membership Year at the sole discretion of the Minnesota Twins.
- The number of Points required to redeem any MyTwins Reward will vary, depending on the MyTwins Reward then available for redemption. Only accumulated Points may be used for redemptions, and once redeemed, will be deducted from your accumulated Point total.
- The number of Points required to redeem any specific MyTwins Reward may change during the course of the Membership Year, at the sole discretion of the Minnesota Twins.
Using Points to Enter Sweepstakes
- MyTwins Members with sufficient accumulated Points (minimum fifty (50) Points per entry) will be eligible to enter certain sweepstakes offered during a Membership Year. MyTwins Members may choose to make as many sweepstakes entries as their accumulated Points total allows. Points used by MyTwins Members to enter sweepstakes will be deducted from your accumulated Point total and, once redeemed, are no longer available for use (whether the MyTwins Member is randomly selected as a sweepstakes winner or not).
Additional Points Redemption Terms
- Points earned may not be immediately available for redemption at the time of a qualifying purchase. Point balances will be updated as soon as possible but could take up to three (3) business days to be processed and available for use.
- Points will not be awarded for the purchase of individual Theme Night items, “guaranteed giveaway” packages, TwinsFest tickets, spring training tickets, postseason tickets, Target Field concerts or other special events at Target Field.
- Points are awarded for tickets and concessions purchases for Minnesota Twins regular season games only (beginning with the 2025 Membership Year) and are not awarded for purchases related to spring training or postseason games for any Membership Year.
- Points earned through MyTwins Rewards are intended for the use by MyTwins Members only and are non-transferrable.
- No Points will be awarded to any MyTwins Member who (as determined by the Minnesota Twins in its sole discretion) is utilizing their MyTwins Membership to obtain tickets for the primary purpose of reselling such tickets.
- Game tickets are not included with any MyTwins Reward, unless expressly stated. When Points are redeemed for a MyTwins Reward that does not include game tickets but requires entry to Target Field (such as a pre-game or in-game experience), then the MyTwins Member must obtain their own tickets for that game.
- Points redeemed by MyTwins Members will reduce your Point total and are no longer available for any future redemption. This includes Points used by MyTwins Members to enter sweepstakes, or in instances when the MyTwins Member fails to pick up items, or appear as directed, for any MyTwins Reward (includes failures to arrive on time for certain MyTwins Rewards such as pre-game and in-game experiences).
