Minnesota Twins Gift Card Guidelines

Purchase, use or acceptance of your Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Twins Gift Cards are mailed out within 3 business days of your order.
Gift Cards are available in $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 denominations.
Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of Twins tickets at twins.com, the Target Field Box Office, or by calling 1-800-33-TWINS, as well as food, beverage and merchandise at Target Field and the Twins New Era Team Store.
Gift Cards do not expire, however the Gift Card plastic does expire. Contact 1-800-33-TWINS for a no cost replacement of your expired Gift Card plastic with the remaining Gift Card account balance.
There are no fees associated with the use or inactivity of your Gift Card, although there is a $5.00 per order charge for purchases made on-line or over the telephone.
If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
If the amount of your Gift Card is MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
The Minnesota Twins are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards.
Items paid for with a Gift Card will be subject to applicable sales tax.
Gift Cards may not be resold by unauthorized vendors.
Gift Card amounts are in U.S. Dollars.
Gift Cards are void where prohibited.
THE MINNESOTA TWINS AND THE OTHER MLB PARTIES (AS DEFINED IN THE TWINS.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NONFUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU ALSO MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions set forth at twins.com/giftcard at the time of use will control.
Any and all disputes, claims or causes of action (each a "Claim") arising out of or relating to the Gift Cards shall be: (1) resolved by final and binding arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing Commercial Arbitration Rules and Procedures and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (2) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in Minnesota.
