In-Kind Donation Request Application

In order for your donation request to be considered, you must be able to answer 'yes' to statements below.

  1. My organization is a registered 501c3 non-profit.
  2. My organization is located in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Western Wisconsin, or Southwest Florida.
  3. My event is at least six (6) weeks away.
