In-Kind Donation Request Application

The Minnesota Twins limit donation efforts to 501c3 non-profit organizations residing in the Upper Midwest and Southwest Florida. It appears your organization meets this criteria to be eligible for donation consideration.

Please complete all fields of the following online submission form. When finished, click the submit button at the end of the form. The form will be assessed by the Minnesota Twins Community Relations Department.

Due to the high volume of requests, the Minnesota Twins must receive your online application at least six (6) weeks prior to your donation deadline date. Approximately two (2) weeks prior to your event or deadline date, the Twins will use the information filled out below to either mail the donation, schedule a donation pickup or send a letter stating that we are unable to contribute.

Please note: Submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. No phone calls, please.
