Birdland Member Ticket Exchanges
FLEX BIRDLAND MEMBERS:
Can’t Make a Game? Please email any exchange requests to [email protected]. Please include the Game Date, Section, Row, and Seats that you are returning as well as the Game Date, Section, Row, and Seats that you would like back. Please note that Flex Credit is only valid for 2024 regular season tickets and parking, subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE: All return requests must be sent 48 hours prior to the game you are returning. Single seat returns will not be accepted. Return requests are only available for Flex Birdland Members. Reserved Birdland Members should complete an exchange through their My Orioles Ticket account.

RESERVED BIRDLAND MEMBERS:
Can’t Make a Game? All Reserved Birdland Members may exchange tickets in their plan on a dollar-for-dollar basis for another game within the 2024 regular season. Ticket exchanges must be completed online in your My Orioles Ticket account. If you are unable to complete your exchange online, you may fill out the exchange request form below. All exchange requests must be sent 48 hours prior to the game you are exchanging out of. Exchanges through your online My Orioles Ticket account may be done up to 24 hours prior to the game you are returning. A detailed step by step guide is available below.

Guidelines for Reserved Exchanges:
- An exchange date is required for every exchange and tickets cannot be returned for credit.
- There is a limit of 14 exchanged tickets per game. Tickets are not eligible to be exchanged into a group (15 or more tickets), suite, or pregame party purchase.
- We will not accept exchange requests in person at Oriole Park Box Office, Ticket Lobby, or Rewards Center during a game.
- Exchanges can be completed via your My Orioles Ticket account or by submitting an exchange request form. We are unable to guarantee requests for specific seat locations through this form as all exchanges are based on which tickets are available at the time of the exchange. If you prefer to select your exact seats, please complete your exchange in your online My Orioles Ticket account.
- The 2024 Season has 5 classifications of games: Value, Classic, Select, Prime, and Elite. Members can exchange into any classification of game subject to availability on a dollar-for-dollar basis, however a difference in price may result if you are selecting a different classification of game or seating location.
- If the game classification or seating location is priced higher than your original seats, you will pay the difference during the checkout process. If you are exchanging into a lower classified game or less expensive seating location, you will receive an exchange credit to your account which must be used for tickets another 2024 regular season game. Unused exchange credit will expire at the end of the 2024 regular season.
- Parking plans are eligible to be exchange via your My Orioles Ticket account in the same manner as your tickets. Parking exchanges are subject to availability, and we expect very limited availability of parking for most games.
If you are unable to complete your exchange online, please complete the form on this page and your exchange will be processed in the order it was received. Once your exchange has been completed, we will notify you and the new tickets will be available in your MLB Ballpark app. Exchange requests must be submitted in writing and we will contact if we have questions.
