Orange On Orange History
The all-orange uniforms, inspired by Orioles Legend and National Baseball Hall of Famer Brooks Robinson, first debuted in 1971 and were worn a handful of times throughout the 1971-72 seasons before reappearing in a throwback game at Tampa Bay on September 4, 2010. The April 12 game will mark the first time the Orioles wear the all- orange uniform since 2010.
