Playing It Safe at Guaranteed Rate Field
Gameday Experience
Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early and purchase parking in advance to avoid delays.
Parking lots open two hours before the start of every game. Fans holding prepaid parking passes will be directed to Lots A, B, C, and G – north of the ballpark. Limited day-of-game parking is available in the credit/debit card only Lots F and L – south of the ballpark. Parking transactions are ONLY conducted by credit card with official staff within lots.
Please note that street closures and changes to traffic patterns are to be expected on game days. It is strongly recommended that you map your route before heading to the ballpark.

ADA Parking + Entry
Accessible parking for cars displaying state-issued disability placards or license plates is available on the north side of the ballpark in Lot B immediately adjacent to Gate 5.
Guests needing access to an elevator or escalator should enter the ballpark at Gate 5.
Concessions
To maintain health and safety, mobile ordering through the MLB Ballpark app is available.
All concession and retail areas throughout Guaranteed Rate Field are cashless. Fans who are holding cash and do not have credit cards can purchase White Sox gift cards at retail locations in their zones or at the Chicago Sports Depot.
Level Restrictions
To minimize crowding, fans must remain on the level associated with their seat locations.
Permitted Items
Fans are permitted to bring in select essential items that do not need to be searched or carried in a bag, such as blankets or binoculars (not in a case), small umbrellas and baseball gloves.

Guaranteed Rate Field has a modern LED field light system that features a sequence of flashing lights that may affect guests who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivities. Light shows take place approximately five minutes before first pitch, when the White Sox hit a home run, and after the White Sox win!
