Suite Services

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm (noon) CST (2) TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to each game.

It is extremely important that you adhere to the deadline so we may plan properly for your Suite guests. Any pre-orders submitted after the deadline will NOT BE ACCEPTED and must adhere to Game Day ordering procedures.

In a continued effort to serve the freshest products, we will deliver cold and snack food items to your Suite by the time gates open “(1 ½ hours before day games Monday – Thursday ,1 hour before night games Monday – Thursday, 2 hours before all games Friday – Sunday). Hot food delivery will begin one hour before first pitch. A second delivery time is also available, by request, at the end of the 1st inning. Please be sure to indicate your hot food delivery preference by checking the appropriate box on your advanced order form or when going through the checkout process on Appetize.

Both the Minnesota Twins and Delaware North Sportservice at Target Field are dedicated to environmental stewardship and having a positive influence in the world. Sportservice will continue to honor this promise in 2022 by providing 100% compostable plates and service ware in the suites. Each suite will contain a receptacle for Trash, Recycling and Compostable. We ask that you join in the efforts of our staff to ensure that items are disposed of in the proper receptacles. Service Charge: A standard administrative charge of 15% will be added to all food and beverage orders. Of that charge, 7.5% will be distributed to a service charge pool for the suite associates providing your services, 2% to support staff, and 5.5% retained by Delaware North Sportservice, LLC and is not a gratuity, but used to enhance service and amenities.

Taxes: The sales tax rate on food is 11.025% and alcohol is 10.525%. The tax on service charge is 8.025%.

Personalized Services: We can assist you in planning special functions in your Suite. If you ever have any special requests, please let us know, we would be more than happy to assist you.
