Began season at Double-A Wichita...set season-high with six strikeouts in 2.1 innings pitched on May 11 vs. Amarillo, including throwing an immaculate inning in the eighth inning of that appearance....Fourteen of 18 appearances for the Wind Surge were scoreless, posting an ERA of 1.47 (18.1 IP, 3 ER)...struck out 28 batters in 18.1 innings pitched for Wichita including just one home run allowed...promoted to Triple-A St. Paul on June 15 where he spent the remainder of the season...converted saves in three of final five appearances for the Saints from Sept. 15-Oct. 3...converted four of six save opportunities for the Saints on the season...struck out at least one batter in 28 of 30 appearances for the Saints, striking out multiple batters in 14 of those 30...combined to go 5-3, 3.23 ERA (69.2 IP, 25 ER) with five saves, 34 walks, 86 strikeouts and a 1.38 WHIP in 42 games (1 start) between Wichita and St. Paul...held right-handed batters to a .210 (30-for-143) batting average, compared to .279 (31-for-11) for left-handed batters...pitched for Atenienses de Manatí in the Puerto Rican Winter League...was named PWL post-season All-Star after going 0-0, 1.08 ERA (8.1 IP, 1 ER) with four saves, three hits allowed, two walks and 11 strikeouts in seven games.
