2021 Birdland Membership Reseating Status

The Orioles are now making our plans to release tickets for all games in June through September. After hearing your feedback regarding April and May, we will instead make seat packages available to all members for the remaining game dates on their plan, rather than to issue an automatic credit.

Your specific options for June through the end of the 2021 regular season are:

1. Opt-In to Receive a Relocated Seat Package: Receive the same games as your original membership plan, but in a different seat location due to limited capacity. View the membership game calendar. You will not owe any money because of your Account Credit. With the relocated seat package, you can continue to enjoy all Birdland Member benefits including our flexible exchange policy and Rewards.
2. Account Credit: Receive a credit for the value of impacted games in June through September. The credit will be valid for tickets to any regular season home game in 2021 or 2022 and/or your 2022 Birdland Membership renewal.
3. If we do not hear from you, we will opt you in for a relocation package so that you don't miss out, as the best locations in the Yard will fill up fast.

If you would like to change your status or pod size, please do so no later than Monday, May 10 at 5:00 p.m. If Opted-In, we will communicate your new seating location via email no later than Monday, May 17.

We understand everyone wants their original seats; we can promise that we will do the best we can to get you as close to those seats as possible. No matter which option you choose, you will be sent a Birdland Membership renewal for the 2022 season in your previous membership location.
