All original tickets for the postponed show at Oriole Park at Camden Yards remain valid for the newly announced date. Information about the show, including details regarding refunds, is available through the official ticketing company for your show date.
Know Before You Go – Important Information
All attendees should arrive at Oriole Park at Camden Yards as early as possible to park, head to gates, and make your way through security. All fans should give themselves as much pre-show time as possible for concessions, restrooms, and souvenirs.
- Concert event tickets must be accessed through the Ticketmaster app
- Parking passes must be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app
- Parking Lots Open – 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Gates Open – 5:30 PM
- Show Starts – 7:30 PM
- Tailgating is not permitted in the Oriole Park parking lots
- No bags will be allowed except purses (5” x 7”) and medical supplies, and these bags will be subject to search upon entry
- No outside food or beverages will be allowed
- No re-entry will be permitted at the gates; once you have entered the facility, you may not leave and re-enter
- All attendees regardless of age must have a ticket for entry, including children under two.
- All guests with FIELD or GA PIT tickets MUST enter at Gate F or G ONLY. These gates are located along Camden St. on the North side of the ballpark. You will receive your field access wristband at these points of entry. Attempting to enter at any other gates with these tickets will lead to a delay in your entry and you will be redirected to the proper gates.
- Guests with GA PIT tickets can only start lining up at Gate F PIT LINE beginning at 1 p.m. on September 13.
- Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a cashless venue. Methods of payment will be limited to Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Cash will not be accepted at ballpark parking lots, concession stands, or ticket windows. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at concession stands only. There is a “Reverse ATM” machine that can exchange cash to card for use at concession and merchandise stands, located on the Lower-Level Concourse adjacent to First Aid near Gate D.
Attendees should be aware that there are some different facility policies for this event, as compared to Orioles baseball games.
Oriole Park at Camden Yards operates with enhanced security checks at all entrances including mandatory metal detection screening of all fans prior to entry. Oriole Park has walk-through magnetometers or hand-held metal detectors at each entrance. Wallets, phones, keys, and other permitted objects can remain in pockets or a size-compliant bag during entry screening.
Bags are prohibited in Oriole Park at Camden Yards for the concert, except for medically necessary items including diaper bags. Clutch purses no larger than 5" x 7" will be allowed. The Orioles have also partnered with Binbox Lockers to provide lockers for fans to rent using a keyless locking system app. Lockers will be located at the north end of the Warehouse by Gate H near the Main Box Office and outside of Gate A & C.
