As the season quickly approaches, prepare for your first game by learning about O’s Pay.

What is O’s Pay?

All 2024 Birdland Members can receive their exclusive concessions and merchandise discounts at the ballpark by using O’s Pay, which is located in the MLB Ballpark app. By scanning the My QR Code within O’s Pay your Birdland Membership discount will be applied. You may also add a credit card to your O’s Pay account to seamlessly complete your purchase.

What’s new this season?

The digital membership card used in previous season has been discontinued and O’s Pay is the new and only way to apply your discount quickly at all retail and concession locations throughout Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

What else should I know about O’s Pay?

As a reminder, this benefit is exclusive to you as the account holder and is not transferrable to guests or other members of your attending party. You must log into the Ballpark app with the email address we have on file for the discount to apply.

You should be able to see your membership level listed right under your name in O’s Pay. If you cannot see that please let us know as that means your discount is not applied. If you experience issues, please check that you are logged into the Ballpark app with only your account email address. If you have any other emails linked to your ballpark app, they will need to be removed to access your discount.

Screenshots of the QR Code will not be accepted as the barcode updates frequently to keep your information secure.

Your Birdland Member discount does not apply to suite or party catering and cannot be used at the Home Plate Club. Discounts cannot be combined with other special offerings or loaded ticket value.

To use an Orioles eGift Card and receive your member discount at concessions and merchandise locations, you must load your eGift Card into your O's Pay account. After you have loaded the value, your member discount will be automatically applied, and the Gift Card will be deducted from your grand total. Please note, that once your Gift Card is loaded into O's Pay, it cannot be used for tickets at Orioles.com or the Oriole Park Box Office.

How to access My QR Code?

1. Log into the MLB Ballpark app 
2. Select the Orioles page and click on O's Pay 
3. Select ‘QR Code Pay’ 
4. Scan your QR Code at the concession or retail stand 
5. Your discount has been applied! 
6. Either close the app or finish paying with a credit card.*

*Please note that a credit card is required in your O’s Pay account to receive the discount at the Markets located near Section 23, Section 64, and on Eutaw Street near Gate A.
