Third Annual Nashville's Music Row Comes to the Ballpark
The Orioles' third annual "Nashville's Music Row Comes to the Ballpark" weekend March 1-4, 2018, brought Orioles athletes and country music artists together to benefit local Sarasota and Nashville charities.
Events included a Nashville songwriters' benefit concert and workshops promoting music education, girls' empowerment, art, and wellness.
Attendees met Nashville songwriters and Orioles players at a pre-show VIP cocktail reception, then enjoyed an entertaining songwriter round.
The event benefitted Girls Inc. and the Music Health Alliance.
This intimate setting gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at how the songs were written.
Songwriters performed the songs they wrote, but that were often performed by others.
Orioles players and coaches mingled with the audience.
Performers delighted in receiving personalized Orioles jerseys as they helped raise money for great causes.
