My Cubs Tickets

With My Cubs Tickets, your online ticket manager, you can easily manage your Chicago Cubs Season Tickets from a secure and convenient location on Cubs.com/sth.


Forward Tickets:

Once successfully logged in to My Cubs Tickets:

  • Select FORWARD in the menu on the left
  • Select the event(s) and seat(s) and click “Choose Friend”
  • Select “Add Friend” at the bottom or select from the existing list to forward selected seat(s)
  • Review the ticket forward request and click “Forward Tickets” to complete the forward
  • You will receive an email confirmation once complete
  • The ticket recipient (your friend) will receive an email with the forwarded tickets and will need to create a new My Cubs Tickets account to accept the seat(s) if they do not already have an account.

Recall Forwarded Tickets:

Once successfully logged in to My Cubs Tickets:

  • Select the VIEW ALL INVENTORY button on the right
  • Select the event and seat(s) – forwarded tickets will be labeled with the recipient’s name
  • Select “Ticket Actions” at the bottom and click “Recall”
  • Click the check box to select the forwarded ticket, then click “Continue” at the bottom
  • Review the ticket recall request and click “Recall Tickets” to complete the recall
  • You will receive an email confirmation once complete
  • The ticket recipient (your friend) will receive an email notification of the recall

Features:

  • Ticket forwarding can be completed until one hour after the scheduled first pitch (CT).
  • Multiple games events can be forwarded to a friend at a time.
  • Forwarded Budweiser Bleachers Season Tickets are not granted early gate entry.
  • If you recall forwarded tickets, the original ticket bar codes become active again and an email notification is sent to the "Friend" informing them the tickets were recalled.
  • Once a forwarded ticket transaction has been completed and not recalled, the original ticket(s) becomes invalid and cannot be used.
