Redeeming Vouchers

Redeeming Vouchers:

  1. Log in to My Cubs Tickets
  2. Navigate to VOUCHERS on the left side of the screen
  3. Select your 2025 Holiday Pack
  4. At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Redeem
  5. Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem, then click Continue at the bottom of the screen
  6. Select the game you wish to attend – only eligible games will be shown
  7. Choose an eligible seating area and click Add to Cart
    1. If the price is less than or equal to the value of your voucher, the price will display "PREPAID"
    2. If the price is greater than the value of your voucher, the upgrade price (difference) will be displayed
  8. Proceed through the checkout process

Forwarding Vouchers

Forwarding Vouchers:

  1. Log in to you "My Cubs Tickets" account
  2. Navigate to VOUCHERS on the left side of the screen
  3. Select your 2025 Holiday Pack
  4. At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Forward
  5. Choose a recipient from your friend list or click Add Friend at the bottom of the screen
  6. Confirm the forwarding information and click Forward Vouchers

Managing your vouchers:

  • View and forward your vouchers through your “My Cubs Tickets” account.
  • Beginning in February 2025 you can redeem your vouchers through your “My Cubs Tickets” account.
  • Select game vouchers can be redeemed for any combination of available games.
  • Tickets are subject to availability and exact seat locations are not guaranteed until vouchers are redeemed.
