Cubs Charities Programs
A sports executive study program for high school sophomores and juniors who are interested in sports – and perhaps careers in sports – but who would otherwise not have the opportunity to get the training, experience and tutelage necessary to pursue entry-level jobs in sports.

The McCormick Foundation, through the Cubs Charities Community Fund, has granted more than $27 million to Chicago nonprofit organizations since 1991. Community Fund grants are awarded to designated 501(c)(3) organizations. Grant consideration is given to organizations that have been in existence for at least three years and request support for programs in operation for at least a year.
Nike RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) is a Major League Baseball (MLB) youth program designed to increase participation and interest in baseball and softball among youth. Cubs Nike RBI consists of summer and fall baseball and softball leagues, clinics and Cubs Nike RBI All-Stars, a nine-month player development program.
