How long is the overall experience?
The average length of time for this experience will be 15-30 minutes. It depends on how long you wish to look through the clubhouse and dugout.
Where do I park and enter?
Complimentary parking will be available in Lot E (please enter off of 35th Street). Your group will enter Gate 3.5 upon arrival to check in and begin your experience.
Can I arrive early for my photo?
Tickets are timed and will be honored only during the time slot purchased. We encourage you to visit the Chicago White Sox Charities Garage Sale, taking place in the Patio, before and after your holiday photo!
How many photos do I receive?
Only one photo will be taken per timed ticket by our professional photographer. You will have the opportunity to take selfies and your own photos throughout the rest of the experience.
What if I have a family or group larger than 8 people?
Each ticket is valid for up to 8 individuals for entry. If you desire a group photo consisting of more than 8 people, purchase additional tickets for the same time slot. This is a great way to handle extended families, sports teams, and other groups. Just let our staff know you are a larger group upon entry.
Can I bring my furry friend?
Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are permitted to enter Rate Field for this experience.
