Vice President, Baseball Systems
Jeremy Raadt was promoted to Vice President, Baseball Systems in January 2024 after previously serving as the club's Senior Director, Baseball Systems for two seasons. He joined the Twins in 2014 as the club's first baseball systems developer. Raadt's responsibilities include leading the club's baseball systems team as they develop applications and software for use across all areas of the baseball operations department, from player development and scouting to analytics.
He joined the Twins after serving as Vice President of Engineering at MinuteBids from 2012-14. Prior to that, he worked as a software engineer for Access Genetics (2006-12), as web master at his alma mater Bethel University (2003-06) and as a software developer for Gearworks (1996-2002).
Jeremy graduated from Bethel University with degrees in computer science, business finance and small business management.
