Founded in 1991, the Minnesota Twins Community Fund is a nonprofit focused on enriching communities and providing resources for the healthy development of children and families through an association with baseball and softball.
The Minnesota Twins are dedicated to building a better tomorrow.
At Target Field and in our communities, the Minnesota Twins and the Minnesota Twins Community Fund are working together to create the next generation of passionate fans, supportive teammates, and empathetic leaders.
Youth are the heartbeat of our future. By inspiring a love of play and a love of learning, we are working to create not just the next generation of great athletes, but the next generation of great human beings.
We believe that baseball and softball change lives for the better, and that all kids deserve equitable access to play the games they love. Through Twins youth baseball and softball development programs, we teach players the fundamentals of the game as well as essential life skills like teamwork, perseverance, patience, and even failure.
Each year, the Minnesota Twins Community Fund provides hundreds of thousands of dollars of grant funding to youth baseball and softball programs across Twins Territory. Because we believe that all kids deserve equitable access to equipment, quality coaching, and safe places to play the games they love.
Through our Learning Through Baseball and Reading is Powerful education programs, we leverage the power of baseball to engage students, infuse fun into learning, and build excellence through partnerships and collaborations.
