Season Ticket Member Postseason Information

Kansas City Royals Season Ticket Members will be among the first to have the opportunity to secure tickets for any Major League Baseball (MLB) Postseason games to be played at Kauffman Stadium. While we will make every effort to abide by the rules set forth below, these "Postseason" games are hosted by the Royals for Major League Baseball and thus are subject to possible changes based on MLB requirements. The specific location and number of seats available for purchase depend on several factors, including the size of Season Ticket Plan (i.e. Premium, Full Season, Half Season, Partial Season or Fan’s Choice Plan), the number of seats held in a Season Ticket Plan, and the seating category held in a Season Ticket Plan.

All Full (81) Season Ticket Members can now view their Postseason invoice including ticket strip(s) for all potential Postseason games played at Kauffman Stadium in their My Royals Tickets account. Half (41), Partial (21), and Fan’s Choice ($2.5k and above) Season Ticket Members will receive a ticket opportunity for Postseason series strip(s) each individual Postseason series. The Postseason series strip opportunity will include strips of tickets for each Postseason series (WC, ALDS, ALCS, WS). An email notification will be sent to the primary email address on your season ticket account notifying you of the sale opportunity. Details of the ticket opportunity will be included in the email notification.

The 2024 Postseason schedule for the Wild Card Series, ALDS, ALCS, and World Series has been announced.

As a valued Full (81). Half (41) and Fan's Choice ($5,000+) Season Ticket Member you receive an exclusive Season Ticket Member discount on your Postseason ticket strip(s). Partial (21) and Fan's Choice ($2,500) Season Ticket Members will receive a Partial season discount price for Postseason ticket strip(s). Ticket pricing for all playoff rounds will vary and all prices are made in conjunction with Major League Baseball. Current regular season seat locations are not guaranteed for Postseason locations. There are several seating demands that exist for the Postseason including commitments for Major League Baseball and its partners. While every attempt will be made to keep you in your current season locations, relocations may occur. Best efforts are made to assign comparable seat locations to your regular season seat, but due to limited seating availability this will not be possible in certain circumstances.

You will utilize your My Royals Tickets account to view your Postseason invoice and purchase your Postseason ticket strip(s). Full Season Ticket Member Payment Plan Options:

Payment Option #1

Pay In Full - Total Account Balance Due by Friday, September 6 2024

• Accepted payment methods include: credit card, ACH and wire transfer (details provided on Postseason invoice), company check, cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the Kansas City Royals. Personal checks will NOT be accepted as a payment method for your Postseason ticket package. Only one check or credit card will be accepted for payment per account.

Payment Option #2 (One Credit Card Only)

Three Installment Plan – This option is only available to Season Ticket Members who have renewed their 2025 season tickets.

• First Installment Amount Due by Friday, September 6, 2024

• Pay 35% of the cost of your Postseason ticket package by September 6.

• Second installment of 30% automatically charged within 48 hours of the Royals advancing into the American League Division Series

• In the event the Royals win the American League Division Series and advance to the American League Championship Series, the third and final installment of 35% will be automatically charged within 48 hours.

One credit card only for the three installment payment plan option, no exceptions.
