Alcohol Policy
Kauffman Stadium guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Each guest is limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction. All alcohol sales will conclude in the end of the 8th inning at all general concourse concession stands while alcohol sales in all premium areas (including the Rivals Sports Bar and Boulevard Brewing Craft & Draft) will conclude at the end of the game. Stadium Management reserves the right to discontinue sales at any time. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of Kauffman Stadium. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.
ATMs/Reverse ATMs/Cashless
As a part of going cashless, there are no longer ATM machines at The K. For those fans that may only have cash as an available means of payment there will be reverse ATM machines that allow automated and touchless exchange of cash for a payment card that can be used at any location that accepts Mastercard. Reverse ATMs are located in the Plaza Team Store, sections 221 and 234, in the outfield behind Crown Vison, and sections 419 and 423.
Autograph Areas
To assure the health and safety of our guests, players, and staff, autographs are currently prohibited in the Truman Sports Complex parking lots. Autograph areas should take place outside the barricaded area around Gate D entrance before games

Baby Changing Areas
Baby-changing tables are available in all restrooms of Kauffman Stadium.
Bags
To provide for a safe environment at Kauffman Stadium and expedite entry into the stadium the Royals have outlined the only bags approved for entry into the stadium.
- (1) Clear bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” with all items inside easily visible.
- One-gallon clear zip-seal bag (Ziploc® bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags that do not exceed 9" x 5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- An exception may be made for medical reason or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children after proper inspection.
Banners & Signs
Banners may be displayed in the stadium provided the banner/sign does not block the view of others, interfere with the game, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature that alters the facility in any manner or covers any existing stadium signs. The Royals reserve the right to remove any banner or sign.
Baseball Bats
Guests are not permitted to have baseball bats inside Kauffman Stadium. Guests who bring bats to the gates must return them to their cars. Guests who receive bats from players must check them in at any Guest Services office. When available, broken bats may be purchased at stadium novelty stores or the Authentics Shop.
Batting Practice
Normally, the Royals conduct batting practice from 4:30 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. while visiting teams hit from 5:30 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. for a 7:10 p.m. game. The Royals hit from 4:00 p.m. to 4:55 p.m. and visiting teams hit from 5:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. for a 6:40 p.m. game. The Royals take BP from 3:30 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. and visiting teams from 4:30 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. for a 6:10 p.m. game. The Royals hit from 12:25 p.m. to 1:25 p.m. and visiting teams hit from 1:30 p.m. to 2:25 p.m. for a 3:10 p.m. game. The Royals hit from 10:30 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. and visiting teams hit from 11:30 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. for a 1:10 p.m. game. Batting practice times are subject to change or cancellation. Batting Practice is not in coordination of gate times into the stadium.
Bicycles
Guests who wish to bike to the ballpark may lock bikes up on the media fence in Lot B near designated signage. Parking fees are waived for those who bike to Kauffman Stadium.
Binoculars
Binoculars are allowed inside Kauffman Stadium.
Birthday Parties

Blankets
Blankets can be brought into Kauffman Stadium.
Brew & View
New for 2024, Brew & View has a home! Enjoy a dedicated View Level seating section outfitted with general admission drink rails and stadium seats. Enjoy the ballgame and your beer however you’d like! There are no assigned seats in the Brew & View. Simply show up, grab your ice-cold beer, and enjoy the game from a standing drink rail or seat within the area.
Bus Transportation
The 47 Broadway serves Kauffman Stadium 7 days a week to make Royals games and return home.
- Monday-Friday there is service all day until 1 a.m. (about every 45 minutes)
- Saturday until 11 p.m. (hourly service)
- Sunday until 8 p.m. (hourly service)
The service is free to ride and connects with more than a dozen other bus routes.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union Crown Seats
Guests wanting to purchase seats in the CommunityAmerica Credit Union Crown Club, may call the Kansas City Royals Sales Department at 816-504-4040, option 2. In addition to some of the closest seating in all of MLB, CommunityAmerica Credit Union Crown Club Season Ticket Members enjoy a number of benefits including premium buffet, and in-seat service. CommunityAmerica Credit Union Crown Club ticket holders may enter Gate C (Premium Entrance) and utilize the Diamond Club lobby elevators down to Level 1.
Child Admission
Children 32 inches in height and under do not require a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium for Kansas City Royals games. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fold-up strollers must be stored under your seat or may be checked into any Guest Services office. Guests are encouraged to leave non-folding strollers in the car. Please be aware of those seated around you.
Child ID Bracelets
Child ID Bracelets are available in the Guest Service Office located behind home plate on the Plaza and View Level. Child ID Bracelets will be hand written with the seat location and contact phone number of their party in case the child is separated.
Costumes
Guests are permitted to wear costumes, but the costume may not cover their entire head while entering the stadium. The Royals reserve the right to ask anyone to remove any face coverings that are not to the standard of our health and safety procedures.
Courtesy Golf Carts
The guest assistance shuttles will operate for each of the Royals 81 home games, shuttling guests with disabilities or needing physical assistance from the Truman Sports Complex parking lots to the Kauffman Stadium gates. Prior to and during the game, Guest Ambassadors provide shuttle service for guests from the parking lots. Please let your nearest parking attendant know if you are in need of golf cart assistance or guests may call the Game-day Assistance Phone Line (816-504-4040, option #5) once parked. After the event, cart shuttles pick up guests requiring assistance from Price Chopper Gate B and Blue KC Gate D. If a guest needs picked up at Gates A, C, or E, please find the nearest associate and they can call for a cart for pick up. All cart shuttles will drop off on the perimeter of the parking lots. Please feel free to visit any Guest Services office for additional assistance or questions.
Craft & Draft
Enjoy dinner with friends or drinks at the bar in an open air climate controlled environment while watching all of the action on the field. Located on the Loge Level of The K along the third base line near section 301, Boulevard Brewing Craft & Draft is accessible via the plaza level elevators or escalators and is open to all Loge Level guests on a first come first serve basis. Boulevard Brewing Craft & Draft features a selection of over 20 beers on tap and another 50 bottled beers. Craft and Draft is home to a quick fire artisan pizzeria as well as offering an elevated a la carte menu with a fresh approach to pub fare.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted for ticket orders placed on the Royals Charge Card Line (1-800-6-ROYALS), at the Stadium Ticket Booths, and online.

Designated Driver Program presented by Miller Lite
Registrants for the Designated Driver Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Driver's License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the stadium, each participant will receive a voucher for a free water or soda, and be entered to win a Miller Lite prize pack. To register, visit the Designated Driver kiosk on the Plaza Level across from the Rivals Sports Bar main entrance or across from Section 421 on View Level, or sign up online.

Donation Requests
The Royals donate autographed merchandise, collectable items, and tickets in effort to support charitable organizations that positively impact our community. The Royals are happy to make in-kind donations to charitable organizations who positively impact our community. We ask those who are interested to submit the online form at least six weeks prior to their event. The Royals restrict our donations to organizations that reside within our six state region (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma).

UMB Dugout Suites
The UMB Dugout Suites offer a vantage point to the game that is like no other. Located next to the Royals and visiting team dugouts, these suites are a spectacular setting for any event. Each suite can host from 25-35 guests. Suites can be combined to expand your party for up to 70 guests. Elevators
Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Diamond Club Lobby. Guests needing access to the 100 level seating must use the elevators located in the Diamond Club (behind home plate on plaza level) or Hall of Fame lobby (behind section 206). Diamond Club Lobby elevators are designated for guests with tickets for the CommunityAmerica Credit Union Crown Club, Diamond Club, Loge and Triple Crown Suites, and are accessible for any guests with disabilities. In the event of an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather, elevators will be used for guests with disabilities only.

Escalators
There is one escalator located behind home plate on the Plaza Level, and there are escalators located next to the spiral ramps on both the first and third base side. All escalators go to the plaza, loge and view levels. The escalators will not be operated during an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather. Guests who have difficulty walking should use the elevators.

Nearly every area of the ballpark is available for private events, and our event staff will see to it that every detail is customized to your needs. Whether you are planning an intimate dinner at home plate, a wedding reception or a corporate retreat - the team at Kauffman Stadium will provide world-class service for an extraordinary experience. Exit And Re-entry
To help ensure everyone's safety, the Kansas City Royals have a no re-entry policy at the ballpark. Guests will be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium in the event an emergency is encountered while attending any event at the stadium or with a valid excuse approved by Stadium Management. Guests must visit the plaza level Guest Services Office behind home plate for approval and to redeem their re-entry wristband. All guests should remember to have his or her game ticket punched by a Royals associate at the Gate along with the approved re-entry wristband to re-enter the stadium.

Fan Code of Conduct
The Kansas City Royals are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a "Family Entertainment" environment. The Kansas City Royals organization does not tolerate the use of offensive language concerning another person's race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin by any fan, whether such language is directed at players, umpires, MLB personnel, Kauffman Stadium staff, or other fans.
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience
- Banners or flags that detract from others’ experience or deemed inappropriate by Royals staff are subject to removal at any time.
- Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their seat
- Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the gates and on the apron outside the gates of Kauffman Stadium
- Guests will refrain from any abusive speech or other harassment including betting related-related speech and behavior towards players and their families as well as club employs and umpires.
The Kansas City Royals reserve the right to deny or immediately revoke admission to any guest that does not comply with these guidelines, or otherwise detracts from other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior to the nearest member of the Royals guest services or security staff.

Fireworks
There will be a fireworks display after the Friday night home games from May to September, courtesy of Price Chopper featuring Popsicle and Oreo (weather and wind conditions permitting).
First Aid Provided By The University Of Kansas Health System
The main First Aid office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby near home plate. There is a satellite First Aid office located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. Guests needing immediate assistance should seek out their nearest Royals event staff associate.
First Game & Special Occasion Certificates
First Royals game?? Visit either of the Guest Services offices to receive an official certificate to celebrate! The main Guest Services office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, and the second office is located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. You can also download your First Game Certificate here. If you are celebrating a special occasion at the ballpark, contact us at [email protected].
Food And Drink
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark, hard-sided coolers, alcoholic beverages or other non-clear liquid containers are not permitted. Guests are permitted to bring food resembling individual portion in a clear, plastic bag no larger than 1 gallon in size. Guests may bring unfrozen water bottles into the stadium, provided the water is in a plastic 1-liter or smaller sealed/unopened plastic bottle (one per person). Soft-sided single juice or milk containers or ADA required liquids may be allowed in as well.

Foul Balls
Guests are permitted to keep foul balls. However, guests must not enter the playing area or lean over the rails to retrieve baseballs.

The Fountain Seats are located in left-center field (Sections 201,202, 203).
Fun Run
During the Fun Run presented by Andy’s Frozen Custard, all kids 14 and under can run the bases after every Sunday home game (weather permitting). Beginning in the 8th inning, participants can line up on the first base spiral (just inside Gate D) on the Plaza Level.

Game-Day Assistance Phone Line/Texting Program
As an effort to increase our guest service on game days, the Royals offer a game-day assistance phone line which is 816-504-4040 (Select Option 5). Guests are able to call to ask game day questions and communicate any assistance needed to ensure a great experience (parking, accessibility assistance, etc.) during the following times to our Ticket Services Representatives and Game-day Receptionist:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am until 30 minutes after the game is complete
- Saturday: 3 hours prior to first pitch until 30 minutes after the game is complete (i.e.: 10 a.m. for 1:10 p.m. game, 3 p.m. for 6:10 p.m. game)
- Sunday: 3 hours prior to first pitch until 30 minutes after the game is complete (i.e.: 10 a.m. for 1:10 p.m. game)
- Starting times may be adjusted by the Guest Experience Department to start earlier when large capacity or close to sell-out crowds are anticipated as an effort to communicate ticket availability for our guests inquiring.
- In addition, guests are encouraged to utilize our text assistance program during games by first texting "ASSIST" with Location and Issue to 42682 for assistance or to report unruly behavior. A Guest Services Representative will be made available to assist the guest in a response to the text.
Gates Open
During ALDS or ALCS games, all gates will open 2.5 hours prior to first pitch.
Go-Ahead Entry
Go-Ahead Entry is new technology at The K that uses a camera to authenticate fans and scan tickets for a more streamlined entry into the ballpark. Fans can register using the MLB Ballpark app, capture a selfie and enjoy the ultimate hands-free, free-flow experience entering the stadium. Go-Ahead Entry is currently available at Gates B and D at Kauffman Stadium.

Guest Services
You are welcome to address questions or concerns before or during the game in Guest Services. The main office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, and the second office is located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. The office is available from the time the gates open until approximately 15 minutes after the game ends.
Guests with Disabilities
For your convenience, there are ample reserved parking spaces available for guests with disabilities with properly licensed or tagged vehicles. In addition, please see our "Courtesy Golf Carts" information for shuttle assistance. There is also a designated entrance at each gate for easy access into Kauffman Stadium. All restrooms are accessible throughout the stadium. Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Diamond Club Lobby. Guests needing access to the 100 level seating area will need to use the elevators in the Diamond Club lobby or Royals Hall of Fame lobby. Reserved seat locations for wheelchairs with one companion are available on every level. Should a guest need assistance in reaching their seat, transportation wheelchairs are available at all Gates (A, Price Chopper B, C, D & E). Wheelchairs must be returned once the guest has reached his or her seat to assist other guests.

Hall Of Fame Presented By Commerce Bank
Visit the Royals Hall of Fame, presented by Commerce Bank, located inside Gate A on the left-field Plaza Level concourse. Stop by and learn the history of the Royals and professional baseball in Kansas City. Guests can see the Royals' 1985 and 2015 World Series Championship trophies, the 1980, 1985, 2014, and 2015 American League Championship trophies along with other artifacts from Cy Young Awards to Rawlings Gold Gloves and other memorable items from throughout Royals history. During the 2019 season fans can also enjoy Kauffman Stadium's exclusive Hail to the Game - Baseball & the American Presidency exhibit with artifacts on loan from the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum in Cooperstown, NY.

The Outfield Experience consists of the Price Chopper Little K, Sluggerrr's Mini Golf at The K, Pitching Mound, Batting Challenge, Base Run and the Carousel. It is also the location of the Royals Hall of Fame presented by Commerce Bank, Rivals Sports Bar, Blue Moon Tap Room, New Era Cap Store, the Royals Boutique and Fountain Team Store, Belfonte Ice Cream, the Miller Lite Fountain Bar, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Pit, Sonic Slam Section, QuikTrip Fountain Deck, Boulevard Concession, Price Chopper Patio, and the Bally Sports Kansas City Broadcast booth.

Pay Phones
Kauffman Stadium does not have any pay phones available to guests. However, guests can request the assistance of the Guest Services Office staff to make a phone call if necessary. Guest Services offices are located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420.
Parking
Parking spaces are available for vehicles and buses. The Truman Sports Complex provides spaces reserved for vehicles displaying disabled permits or tags. The complex exceeds in the number of disabled parking spaces required by the ADA. An over-sized vehicle is any vehicle that takes up more than one parking space. - Postseason parking prices will vary by round. We highly encourage fans to pre-purchase parking as parking purchased at the tollbooths on the day of the game will be $10 more. Fans can pay via credit card at designated tollbooths at Gates 2-4, 5 or 6.
- Parking passes will be digital and need to be pulled up and scanned through the window at the toll booth on the MLB Ballpark app.
- Guests will be asked to keep their parking pass in a position to show staff. Staff will direct guests to the parking lot closest to where they will enter the stadium.
- STM Reserved and Premium parking will receive a hang tag for the traffic directors to identify and direct to the corresponding lot.

Pets
Please note that pets/animals are not allowed into the Truman Sports Complex or inside Kauffman Stadium unless they are service dogs as defined by the ADA with valid documentation. Radios/Televisions
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Royals reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.

Re-entry Policy

Rideshare Info
Rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi Service are available at Kauffman Stadium. Pre-Game: Enter through any Toll Gate and follow the direction of Royals Staff. Post-Game: Enter through Gate 1 and look for the designated Traffic Row in the middle of Lot A.
Rivals Sports Bar
Rivals Sports Bar, located just beyond right field, offers an indoor/outdoor model to allow fans inside of Rivals and those on the concourse the opportunity to enjoy an extensive selection of beverages. A large HD projection screen and twelve 60-inch televisions have been added. The kitchen offers a refined sports bar menu featuring items such as Pepperoni Pizza Rolls, Parmesan Garlic Street Fries, and the Rivals Reuben Sandwich. The bar offers a selection of draft beers and a wide variety of packaged beers, seltzers, and canned cocktails as well as signature cocktails including the Frozen Royal Rita.
Royals Authentics Store
The Royals Authentics store is located on the third base side of the Plaza/Field Level of Kauffman Stadium near section 225 and Price Chopper Gate B. The store offers guests the opportunity to purchase exclusive one-of-a-kind memorabilia during a visit to the ballpark. Royals Authentics features a wide selection of Major League Baseball authenticated items, including game-used bats, baseballs, bases, jerseys, caps and more! In addition, Royals Authentics carries collectibles autographed by current and past Royals players. All game-used and autographed items have been authenticated by Major League Baseball with a tamperproof hologram. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Royals Charities. Season Tickets
Various season ticket packages are available to fit the needs of any fan and budget. Visit the Ticket Sales and Services Center located on the Plaza level next to the Royals Team Store. or call (816) 504-4040, option 2 or email: [email protected].
Seating Policy
Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. We ask guests to be considerate of entering the seating area while the game is in play so that all guests can enjoy the game.
Security Measures
In order to maximize safety and guest experience restrictions exist on what can be brought into Kauffman Stadium. Each fan may carry one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than a 12 x 12 x 6 inches or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Additionally, fans may also carry a small clutch no larger than 9” x 5” that is subject to search. Exceptions may be made for medical reason or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.
The following items are prohibited from Kauffman Stadium:
- Backpacks
- Any drinks beside water or sports drinks (one sealed/unopened 1-liter or smaller bottle per person allowed). Frozen bottles of any liquid are prohibited. Soft-sided single juice or milk containers or ADA required liquids may be allowed in as well.
- Weapons/fireworks (including all guns and pocket knives)
- Items that could be projectiles
- Cameras with 12" or more lenses
- Banners or flags with sticks in them
- Bullhorns/airhorns/cowbells (or other noise makers deemed by staff unacceptable)
- Lasers or laser pens
- Brooms in excess of 4 feet in height
- Coolers of any kind
- Anything that can obstruct a fans view
- Wrapped presents and/or gifts of any kind*
- Pets or animals not documented as service dogs
- Aerosol cans (i.e. sunscreen, hairspray, mace, etc.)
- Toy guns or toy knives
- Baseball Bats
- Beach Balls or other inflatables
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security staff members will ask that you return these items to your vehicle or throw them away. Prohibited items will not be stored at the gates or guest services. If discarded all items will not be able to be found in the future.
Metal Detection: Per MLB Security Standards, all guests will be asked to comply with metal detection screening in order to gain entrance into Kauffman Stadium. Guests who do not comply with metal detection screening will be given the alternative of a physical pat down by a security representative. Please note that metal detection screening policy is in the best interest of our guest's safety.
Fountains: If at any time a guest enters a fountain, they will be immediately arrested, transported to the police station downtown and charged to the fullest extent of the law.
Entering the Playing Field: If a guest enters the playing field they will be immediately arrested, transported to the downtown police station and charged to the fullest extent of the law. Fines for entering the fountains or the playing field can be well over $1000 plus court costs as well as the arrest record.
Sensory Rooms presented by JE Dunn
The Kansas City Royals Foundation Sensory Room presented by JE Dunn are located inside each dugout concourse along the first and third base side closest to the elevator. Each Royals themed room is enclosed, furnished, and features several sensory friendly features like puzzles, fidget items, bean bags, textured walls, activity panels, and wall art. Kulturecity-trained attendants will be stationed in the rooms and always ready to assist. Each room can accommodate a few families at a time. Please contact Royals Guest Services ahead of the game if you are interested in using the sensory rooms.
Service Animals
Guests with disabilities or with valid reasons approved by Royals guest services management are permitted to bring service animals into the Truman Sports Complex and Kauffman Stadium. Please note that no pets/animals are allowed into the Truman Sports Complex or inside Kauffman Stadium unless they are service animal. Pets/animals left inside vehicles while on the Truman Sports Complex may be subject to animal cruelty violations from the Kansas City Animal Control Department.
Sluggerrr
The Best Mascot in Major League Baseball, Sluggerrr, is the official mascot of the Kansas City Royals. Our light-hearted lion made his rookie debut in 1996 and can be found throughout the community year round and entertaining thousands at Kauffman Stadium! In 2017, Sluggerrr became only the fourth MLB Mascot to be inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame. Sluggerrr is available for all kinds of special events (corporate events, school visits, charity fundraisers, birthdays, Sluggerrr Grams, or other private parties) as well as in-game visits and tailgates! Sluggerrr is available for photos during the 4th Inning of every Royals Home by the Lil' K. Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping is not permitted except in designated areas. Smoking sections exist on Plaza Level along the fence line behind the 1st base and 3rd base Stadium walls as well as on View level on the backside of the Boulevard Beer Garden.
Sonic Slam Seats
When a Royals player hits a home run that lands in the Sonic Slam Seats, those ticketed fans sitting in those sections (101, 102, 103) will win a $5 Sonic Card. All fans sitting in the Sonic Slam Seats will need to report to Guest Services by the end of the game in which the homerun is hit to receive their card.

Standing
Guests visiting Kauffman Stadium are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Kansas City Royal's intent to limit guest's enjoyment of the game and we encourage cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be tolerated.
Standing Room Only Areas
Please note that there will be no SRO (Standing Room Only) areas. All fans will need a ticket with an assigned seat within a seating pod.
Strollers
Strollers must fold up and fit under a seat without restricting aisle access. Strollers may be checked into any Guest Service office as well if they do not fit under the seating area.
Summer Fireworks
There will be a fireworks display after the Friday night home games from May to September, courtesy of Price Chopper featuring Popsicle and Oreo (weather and wind conditions permitting).
Sunscreen
Sunscreen is allowed inside the ballpark if it is lotion-style; aerosol sunscreen is not allowed inside The K. If you need sunscreen during your time at The K, visit First Aid stations or Guest Services offices.

Please review the following tailgating guidelines:
- Guests will be asked to enter the game or leave the complex beginning in the 2nd inning. Tailgating throughout the game is prohibited.
- Saving spaces is prohibited.
- Buying additional parking spaces to tailgate is prohibited.
- Tailgating in a parking space is prohibited.
- Do not block the roadway.
- Outdoor camping toilets are prohibited.
- The parking lots close one hour after the event ends.
- Tailgating will be allowed, but guests must only use the tailgate area behind their vehicle.
- Larger tailgating groups could be asked to move to Lot N depending on the size of the group.

Weather
The Royals have a detailed weather safety plan in place that is reviewed every season. Every usher at Kauffman Stadium is trained to move guests to safety at a moment's notice. In the event of severe weather near The K, guests will be instructed to move to safe areas by ushers, public address announcements and instructions on the CrownVision scoreboard. The Royals consider the safety of our guests first priority and monitor conditions continuously during all games and other events.
