The Academy is a 12-month program comprised of seven Academy Associates. Each associate is given their first "sales field notes" upon hiring and then will be scouted in five key selling areas. The goal is to become a complete five-tool sales professional by succeeding in all categories. Just like MLB scouting, the highest grade in each category is an 80. The program uses inspiration from professional baseball scouting and applies it to the associate's professional growth.
Throughout their time with the Academy, associates will receive one-on-one training and monthly scouting reports that track their progress. They will learn selling techniques from several different backgrounds and have the ability to sell everything from season tickets to suites as well as many group ticket options.
