The Royals 80 Grade Sales Academy is an entry-level sales program crafted to develop sports business careers with an emphasis in sales. During the yearlong program, associates will receive one-on-one training to become a complete five-tool sales professional. These team members are an important part of the staff, selling season ticket packages, group tickets and single game suite rentals.
