Baby Changing Areas

Baby-changing tables are available in all restrooms of Kauffman Stadium.

Blankets

Blankets can be brought into Kauffman Stadium.

Child ID Bracelets

Child ID Bracelets are available in the Guest Service Office located behind home plate on the Plaza and View Level. Child ID Bracelets will be hand written with the seat location and contact phone number of their party in case the child is separated.

Children Tickets

Children 32 inches in height and under do not require a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium for Kansas City Royals games. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fold-up strollers must be stored under your seat or may be checked into any Guest Services office. Guests are encouraged to leave non-folding strollers in the car. Please be aware of those seated around you.

First Aid Provided By The University Of Kansas Health System

The main First Aid office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby near home plate. There is a satellite First Aid office located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. Guests needing immediate assistance should seek out their nearest Royals event staff associate.

First Game Certificates

First Royals game?? Visit either of the Guest Services offices to receive an official certificate to celebrate! The main Guest Services office is located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, and the satellite office is located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. You can also download your First Game Certificate here.

Food Guidelines

Guests are permitted to bring food resembling individual portion in a clear, plastic bag no larger than 1 gallon in size. Guests may bring water bottles into the stadium, provided the water is in a plastic 1-liter or smaller sealed/unopened plastic bottle (one per person), and not frozen. Unfrozen, soft-sided single juice or milk containers or ADA required liquids may be allowed in as well.

Fun Run

During the Fun Run presented by Andy’s Frozen Custard, all kids 14 and under can run the bases after every Sunday home game (weather permitting). Beginning in the 8th inning, participants can line up on the first base spiral (just inside Gate D) on the Plaza Level.

Golf Cart Assistance

Contact Guest Services at 816-504-4040 (option 5) or 816-504-4444 to request a golf cart ride to the stadium from the parking lot (Need # of party and make/model of car and where parked). A Royals employee with a wheelchair will be waiting to guide any person to their seat if need be.

Lost Children And Guests

Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to one of the Guest Services offices, located on Plaza Level behind the Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420. All children are encouraged to visit Guest Services for a Child ID Bracelet when they first arrive.

Mother's Nursing Room

A mother's nursing room is located on the Plaza level behind home plate next to First Aid.

Outfield Experience Kids Areas

The Outfield Experience consists of the Price Chopper Little K, Sluggerrr's Mini Golf at The K, Pitching Mound, Batting Challenge, Base Run and the Carousel. It is also the location of the Royals Hall of Fame presented by Commerce Bank, Rivals Sports Bar, Blue Moon Tap Room, New Era Cap Store, the Royals Boutique and Fountain Team Store, Belfonte Ice Cream, the Miller Lite Fountain Bar, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Pit, Sonic Slam Section, QuikTrip Fountain Deck, Boulevard Concession, Price Chopper Patio, and the Bally Sports Kansas City Broadcast booth.

Sensory Rooms

Royals Charities Sensory Room presented by JE Dunn are located inside each dugout concourse along the first and third base side closest to the elevator. Each Royals themed room is enclosed, furnished, and features several sensory friendly features like puzzles, fidget items, bean bags, textured walls, activity panels, and wall art. Kulturecity-trained attendants will be stationed in the rooms and always ready to assist. Each room can accommodate a few families at a time. Please contact Royals Guest Services ahead of the game if you are interested in using the sensory rooms.

Sluggerrr

The Best Mascot in Major League Baseball, Sluggerrr, is the official mascot of the Kansas City Royals. Our light-hearted lion made his rookie debut in 1996 and became only the 4th Mascot to be inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame! He can be found throughout the community year-round and entertaining thousands at The K. During the 4th inning of every Royals home game, Sluggerrr is available for photos near the Little K. Our favorite lion is also available for all kinds of special events as well as in-game visits and tailgates. Strollers

Strollers must fold up and fit under a seat without restricting aisle access. Strollers may be checked into any Guest Service office as well if they do not fit under the seating area.

Summer Fireworks presented by Price Chopper & Klondike

There will be a fireworks display after the Friday night home games from May to September, courtesy of Price Chopper featuring Popsicle and Oreo (weather and wind conditions permitting).

Water Stations

Water stations are located Outside First Aid on Plaza Level, outside of First Aid on View Level and in the Outfield experience.
