Home Run Rewards - Claiming Rewards
Upon redemption of your reward(s), you will have 90 days to claim your reward(s). Due to the limited availability of rewards, any rewards that have not been claimed by this date will be reinstated into the Home Run Rewards program inventory, without refund.
In season, you may claim your reward(s) during Marlins home games at Member Headquarters, located in Section 15 at Marlins Park. You also have the option of shipping your reward or you can schedule an appointment to claim your reward(s) at Marlins Park by emailing your dedicated Membership Experience Executive or [email protected]. Please note, your digital Marlins Membership Card is required to claim your reward(s).

Prefer to pick up your reward while you cheer for the Marlins at the ballpark? No problem. We will hold your rewards for 90 days at Marlins Park.
If you cannot claim your reward(s) in-person at Marlins Park within 90 days, you may also purchase the Home Run Rewards Shipping Option for $10.00 per shipment. Rewards will be shipped on the 1st business day of each month and can be expected for delivery within 7-10 business days. If you purchase the shipping option on March 31, all items that are in your Rewards Wallet at that time will be shipped to the address associated with your My Marlins ticket account on April 1. If you purchase the shipping option on April 2, rewards will be shipped on May 1, etc. If rewards have passed their 90-day claim period, they will no longer show up in your wallet and are not eligible to be claimed or shipped. Additionally, your Home Run Rewards points will not be refunded once the expiration period to claim your reward has passed. Please note, if you select the shipping option but claim your reward(s) at Marlins Park before your item has been shipped, you forgo the reward being sent to you and your shipping charge is non-refundable.
