New Era Team Store
The New Era Team Store is located on the West Plaza exterior of the ballpark. Patrons should access the West Plaza at Gate 1 located near NW 15th Avenue and NW 6th Street. Parking is available in the Home Plate Garage (1502 NW 7 Street, Miami FL, 33125) which is accessible at the corner of NW 15th Avenue and NW 7th Street.

- Sunday: Closed
Note the team store will be temporarily closed from November 5 - 8, 2024 and November 11 - 22, 2024 to service the Choque de Gigantes (CDG) international baseball tournament at loanDepot park. Miami Marlins Team Store Return/Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept most items purchased in-store for exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags, and accompanied by an original receipt. Sale items and items with any form of personalization are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return of any kind. Returns will be accepted for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the gift card. Items must be returned or exchanged at the location where the original purchase was made. Items purchased online may not be exchanged or returned in-store.
