Positions Available
Guest Experience
Our Guest Experience team is responsible for providing Marlins Fans and Guests with All-Star service. With a wide range of duties which include helping guests with questions, directing guests to their seating locations, ticketing, guest flow, and general ballpark operations.
Ambassador
Miami Marlins Ambassadors are responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing them with valuable instruction and information to assist them in adopting the Ballpark App as their resource for all Marlins content during their experience at loanDepot park. Miami Marlins Ambassadors also serve as 50/50 Raffle attendees, to promote raffle ticket sales for the Miami Marlins Foundation.
Ticket Operations
The Ticket Operations Staff team is responsible for selling tickets, distributing tickets at Will Call and servicing our guests at all Marlins home games and loanDepot park events with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Grounds Crew
The Grounds Crew team is responsible for performing field maintenance work at loanDepot park for each Marlins home game. This position will be responsible for the execution of all field and landscape maintenance tasks in order to ensure a safe and pristine playing surface that achieves the highest standards of Major League Baseball.
Security
The Security Officer position (part-time) is responsible for incident reporting and general security operations directly associated with protecting the facility, our guests, and employees. In this role you will protect the ballpark infrastructure and assets. Security officer personnel will be trained in our security best practices, operating security systems, two-way radios, CCTVs, and screening systems. This role investigates incidents, completes reports, administers employee and guest screenings, and patrols the facility.
