WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR POINT-EARNING OPPORTUNITIES?
Marlins Members exclusively have access to point-earning and rewards redemptions through Home Run Rewards.
I AM A MARLINS MEMBER. DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR HOME RUN REWARDS?
As an exclusive benefit, all Marlins Members are registered for free when enrolling for a 2024 Marlins Membership. You can expect to receive a confirmation email from [email protected] within one (1) week of enrollment notifying you that your Home Run Rewards account is ready to access.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY HOME RUN REWARDS ACCOUNT?
Home Run Rewards is best accessed on the MLB Ballpark app. Tap the Marlins tab, and then tap the Rewards Card icon.
You can also access your account at https://marlinsrewards.com on the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
HOW DO I LOG IN TO HOME RUN REWARDS?
Log-in to Home Run Rewards with the email address and password associated with your MLB.com account.
Remember, the email address associated with your MLB.com account must be verified with your Marlins Ticket account in order to log-in. Not sure how to verify your email address? CLICK HERE
WHAT MARLINS TICKET PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS POINTS?
Rewards points are eligible for any ticket(s) purchased to a Marlins regular season home game at loanDepot park through our Marlins.com/MyTickets site. This offer includes ticket(s) associated with your Marlins Membership and additional tickets purchased, such as suite rentals, group outings, single game tickets. Ticket(s) must be purchased with your MLB.com account associated with your Marlins Membership. Ticket(s) purchased through a secondary ticket website (SeatGeek, StubHub, etc.) are not eligible.
As of November 1, 2021, tickets associated with a Marlins Membership will be limited to 1,500 rewards points.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE MY EARNED REWARDS POINTS FOR TICKET PURCHASES?
For tickets associated with a Marlins Membership, rewards points will be earned as soon as your Home Run Rewards account is activated. For single game tickets purchased, you can expect to see your rewards points 1-3 business days after the conclusion of the series. Make sure to purchase any additional tickets through your Marlins.com/MyTickets account to receive your Marlins Member discount and to get access to additional points for your single game ticket purchases.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO EARN GAME ATTENDANCE POINTS?
As of January 1, 2023, any rewards points associated with Game Attendance & Game Achievements are exclusive to the fan who scans the ticket to a Marlins home game. Fans who purchase a ticket and forward it to a friend, will not be eligible to receive rewards points based on Game Attendance & Game Achievements and will only receive rewards points for purchasing the ticket.
HOW CAN I EARN REWARDS POINTS FROM CONCESSION AND MERCHANDISE PURCHASES?
To earn Rewards Points for purchases made in the ballpark, you must scan your Rewards Card at the time of purchase. You can expect to see your earned rewards points the following business day from the time of the transaction. For more information on how to access your Rewards Card, please see the section below.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO SCAN MY REWARDS CARD FOR CONCESSION AND MERCHANDISE PURCHASES?
If you forget to scan your rewards card or believe there was an issue at the time of scanning, please visit the Home Run Rewards kiosk, located in Section 15, to have a team member assist you. All purchases must be verified via receipt or other form of proof of purchase.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE BONUS CODES AIRED?
Bonus Codes are aired during randomized innings on Bally Sports Florida and Marlins Radio broadcasts for each regular season game the Marlins play on the road. Bonus Codes are not always guaranteed to air.
WHEN CAN I ENTER BONUS CODES?
All bonus codes must be entered by 11:59 PM ET the day they are released. Bonus codes will not be valid for entry after that time. Should a Marlins game be played in a western time zone or go into extra innings, the bonus code entry period may be extended.
Bonus Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly how they are aired. All bonus codes must be entered in all capital letters with no spaces: For example, "BILLYTHEMARLIN."
CAN I ENTER BONUS CODES FOR BOTH BALLY SPORTS FLORIDA AND MARLINS RADIO BROADCASTS?
As of the January 1, 2022, the bonus code displayed on Bally Sports Florida will be the same bonus code aired on Marlins Radio – this code may be entered one (1) time per account the day the code is released.
IF I LOSE AN AUCTION, DO I LOSE THE REWARDS POINTS I USED TO BID?
Upon conclusion of an auction, rewards points are only deducted from the account that placed the winning bid. If you are outbid, your rewards points will be returned to your account.
IF I ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES AND DON'T WIN, DO I LOSE THE REWARDS POINTS I USED TO ENTER?
Upon conclusion of a sweepstakes, all rewards points used for entry are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
WILL ANY OF MY UNUSED POINTS FROM THE 2024 SEASON ROLL OVER INTO THE 2025 SEASON?
As of January 1, 2019, unused rewards points will not roll over into the following season. All points must be used in full by December 8, 2024.
Marlins Members that enroll for the 2025 Season can expect to receive rewards points in January 2025 to enjoy Home Run Rewards year-round.
CAN I EARN REWARDS POINTS FROM PRIOR PURCHASES AND GAMES ATTENDED?
No, rewards points are only eligible to be earned after your Home Run Rewards account has been created.

WHAT ARE CHALLENGES?
Introduced in the 2023 Season, Challenges give Home Run Rewards users more ways to unlock offers. Complete a series of challenges throughout the season to earn digital badges and rewards.
WHAT CAN I EARN BY COMPLETING CHALLENGES?
Home Run Rewards users can earn a wide range of rewards from Rewards Points, Ballpark Credit, Exclusive Prizes and more.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY PROGRESS?
Challenges can be found on the home page of the Home Run Rewards portal. From there, you will be able to see all the active challenges and track your progress.
HOW MANY CHALLENGES WILL BE RELEASED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
New Challenges will be released regularly throughout the 2024 Season. Be sure to check the Home Run Rewards portal often to access the latest offers.
WHAT TYPES OF REWARDS DOES HOME RUN REWARDS OFFER?
- Instant Redemptions: Redeem rewards in real time. All rewards have a limited availability and are redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Auctions: Bid rewards points on rare and desirable Marlins items and experiences against fellow Marlins Members.
- Sweepstakes: Use your points to redeem entries into sweepstakes for a chance to win exclusive rewards and experiences.
HOW CAN I CLAIM MY REWARD?
Ready to claim your reward? Below are several options to claim your redeemed rewards:
- GAMEDAYS AT LOANDEPOT PARK – In season, you may claim your rewards during Marlins home games at the Home Run Rewards kiosk, located in Section 15. For reduced lines and easy pick-up, it is recommended to claim your rewards at this location following the 3rd As a friendly reminder, your digital Rewards Card must be presented at the time of pick-up in order to claim your reward.
- BALLPARK APPOINTMENT – Email your dedicated Membership Experience Executive or [email protected] to schedule an appointment at loanDepot park to claim your rewards. Appointments are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET, excluding holidays.
- SHIPPING – Can’t make it to the ballpark? Purchase a one-time shipment for a $25 packaging fee and all redeemed rewards will be sent to the address associated with your Home Run Rewards account on the 1st business week of the following month. CLICK HERE to purchase shipping.
WHAT IS THE REWARDS CARD?
The Rewards Card is a digital card that unlocks additional benefits for your ballpark purchases: this includes, but is not limited to, savings at concessions and retail, Ballpark Credit, and additional Rewards Points.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY REWARDS CARD?
The Rewards Card may be accessed through through the MLB Ballpark app in the Marlins team tab. Log-in to your Home Run Rewards account and tap the Rewards Wallet icon, located on the home page. Scan the QR Code on your Rewards Card to redeem your benefits.
WHAT IS BALLPARK CREDIT?
Ballpark credit is complimentary Marlins money that can be used at all concession and retail locations at loanDepot park during the regular season. Ballpark credit is available only to tenured Marlins Members, earned by renewing their Membership by the renewal deadline provided by the Marlins each season. Ballpark credit amount is unique to each member, and is determined by Membership tenure and spend. Total ballpark credit is divided across the six (6) months of the regular season, with March/April being considered as one (1) month. Ballpark credit is distributed prior to Opening Day. Ballpark credit does not rollover from month to month. Unused monthly credit will expire on the final day of each month.

WHAT ARE DISCOUNTS?
Similar to ballpark Credit, discounts can be used for concession and retail purchases at loanDepot park. Marlins Members have a designated Membership Level: MVP, All-Star, Gold Glover, or Silver Slugger. These rewards levels determine your savings amount. Savings range from 10-25%. Discounts may be used all year round, from January to December.
Exclusions for Discounts apply to non-Marlins Baseball events including, but are not limited to, Serie Del Caribe, Monster Jam, concerts, events, and more.
HOW CAN I USE MY REWARDS CARD WHEN PLACING A MOBILE ORDER?
When placing a mobile order on the MLB Ballpark app, you must be logged into your MLB.com account associated with your Marlins Membership. Then simply select your desired food items and proceed to checkout. Ballpark Credit and Discounts will be applied automatically to your order.

ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS TO HOW THE REWARDS CARD MAY BE USED?
The Rewards Card may not be scanned on already discounted concession and merchandise items or for any cash only locations, such as roaming concession vendors. In addition, the Rewards Card may not be scanned for the following: autographed memorabilia from the Authentics Collection, Silent Auction bids with the Marlins Foundation, single game tickets, or membership plan upgrades, food and beverage packages or add-ons in loanDepot park premium and hospitality spaces, and loanDepot park parking. Benefits on the Rewards Card may not be combined with promotional offers and or Stored Value tickets at loanDepot park.
CAN I REQUEST A PHYSICAL REWARDS CARD?
As of January 1, 2019, all Rewards Cards are only accessible in the MLB Ballpark app via mobile device. Physical cards will not be available for the 2024 Season.
