Wrigley Field Experience FAQ

Can I select my seat location for my Wrigley Field Experience?

Wrigley Field Experience tickets are located in one of the following seating areas: Bullpen Box, Club Box, Field Box or Terrace Box. You will be able to choose from the locations listed when purchasing your Wrigley Field Experience.

Which player will attend the pregame reception?

Once we finalize who will be appearing at your pregame reception, attendees will receive an email with the player information. Due to the busy and often unpredictable schedules of our players, we are generally not able to determine who the player will be until the week of the reception.

When will I receive my itinerary for my experience?

The Cubs will send an itinerary with details on pregame activities to all registered attendees at least two weeks prior to the event date. Attendees should plan to arrive at Wrigley Field 5-6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled game.

What if a member in my group needs accessible seating?

Accessible seating sections are located throughout the ballpark near an elevator, lift and/or ramp. Accessible seating and parking for guests with mobility disabilities can be purchased in the online package purchase flow when selecting seats, by calling 800-THE-CUBS, or by emailing [email protected].

What is your cancellation policy?

Full payment is due upon reservation. All Wrigley Field Experience bookings are final and cannot be changed, refunded, exchanged, canceled or transferred to another party.

What happens if the game is postponed due to weather?

Wrigley Field Experience game tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game and tickets will automatically update in the MLB Ballpark app with the updated game information. No ticket exchange is necessary. Tickets are nonrefundable.

What if I already have tickets to the game?

Wrigley Field Experience packages include game tickets and pregame activities. Wrigley Field Experience pregame activities cannot be purchased separately.

Are airfare and hotel accommodations included in the cost of the experience?

No, airfare and hotel accommodations are not included in the Wrigley Field Experience. Guests traveling from out of town will need to book their airfare and hotel accommodations separately.
