As we eagerly await the start of the season and release of the new 2020 schedule which will replace the original schedule, below are important updates regarding tickets to the original 2020 schedule for Season Ticket Holders and Premier Clients with club tickets. HOME GAMES ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO BE PLAYED IN JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER

Season Ticket Holders and Premier Clients with Club Tickets

How many Cubs home games were originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September?

Forty Cubs home games (29 games for Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders and 11 games for Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders) were originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September.

As a Season Ticket Holder and/or Premier Client with club tickets, what options do I have for my tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September?

Season Ticket Holders and Premier Clients with club tickets have the option to receive a credit plus a 5% bonus or a refund for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. For your ease, we will automatically apply the same selection for your July, August and September season tickets as you received for your June season tickets. For example, if you received a credit plus a 5% bonus for games originally scheduled to be played in June, you will receive a credit plus a 5% bonus for games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September.

If you would like to change your selection for your tickets to home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September, you must contact your dedicated Cubs representative by 5 p.m. CDT Thursday, July 9.

When will refunds for July, August and September games be issued?

If you paid by credit card, we will refund the credit card(s) used to pay for your tickets. If you paid by check, cash or ACH payment, we will refund you via check. The refund will cover the total dollar amount of the tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. We anticipate being able to process refunds in three weeks for credit cards and in four weeks for checks from the July, August and September ticket update email of Thursday, July 2.

As a reminder, if you keep or select the refund option, your credit cards will be refunded in the order that you used them to pay for your 2020 season ticket balance. Please contact your dedicated Cubs representative if you have a specific request on how the refund is split among your credit cards or need to change your refund method.

Will I receive a credit or refund for the processing fees I was charged during the invoicing process?

Yes, you will receive a credit or refund for the processing fee you were charged during the invoicing process. If you receive a credit for games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September, your credit balance will include a credit plus a 5% bonus for processing fees. If you receive a refund for games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September, your refund will include a refund for processing fees.

As a Rookie Season Ticket Holder who did not submit a final season ticket payment, what options do I have for the ticket value owed to me for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September?

Rookie Season Ticket Holders who did not submit their final season ticket payment have the option to receive a credit plus a 5% bonus or a refund for the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. I understand I am being offered two options (credit plus a 5% bonus or refund) for the ticket value owed to me for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. Can I choose to receive a credit for a few of the games and receive a refund for the others?

It is not possible to select both options. You can only select one overall choice from the two options per season ticket account for the value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. For example, if you choose to receive a credit, this means you will receive a credit for the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September.

What if I receive the email outlining my two choices, but take no action to respond?

If you do not complete the survey by the July 9 deadline, we will automatically apply a credit plus a 5% bonus to your season ticket account for the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. CREDIT PLUS A 5% BONUS

If I select “credit plus a 5% bonus,” does this mean the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to me for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September will be held in my account?

Correct. If you select the credit option, we will apply a credit on your season ticket account equal to the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September plus a bonus equal to 5% of the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. The ticket credit and bonus (applied as a discount) can be used toward the cost of additional 2020 regular season home game tickets, potential 2020 postseason tickets or your 2021 season ticket balance, if applicable. What is the bonus I receive if I select the credit option?

If you select the credit option, you will receive a bonus equal to 5% of the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September. This is in addition to the credit for the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September.

We understand situations change and you may need to change your initial selection. As such, if you initially select the credit option or take no action in the survey but would like to request a refund at a later date, you will forfeit the 5% bonus and it will be removed from your season ticket account (i.e., your refund will only include the total dollar amount of the ticket value owed to you for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in July, August and September).

What can I apply my credit toward?

Your credit and bonus (applied as a discount) can be applied toward the cost of additional 2020 regular season home game tickets, potential 2020 postseason tickets or your 2021 season ticket balance, if applicable.

Does this mean I cannot apply the credit toward any non-Cubs events that take place at Wrigley Field?

What if the credit card I used was lost or stolen and that number is no longer valid?

What if I used multiple credit cards to pay for my season tickets?

If you select a refund, your credit cards will be refunded in the order that you used them to pay for your 2020 season ticket balance. Please contact your dedicated Cubs representative if you have a specific request on how the refund is split among your credit cards.

HOME GAMES ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO BE PLAYED IN JUNE

How many Cubs home games were originally scheduled to be played in June?

Eleven Cubs home games (nine games for Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders and two games for Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders) were originally scheduled to be played in June.

As a Season Ticket Holder and/or Premier Client with club tickets, what options do I have for my tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in June?

Season Ticket Holders and Premier Clients with club tickets have the option to receive a credit plus a 5% bonus or a refund for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in June. For your ease, we will automatically apply the same selection for your June season tickets as you elected for your March, April and May season tickets. For example, if you elected to receive a credit plus a 5% bonus for games originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May, you will receive a credit plus a 5% bonus for games originally scheduled to be played in June.

If you would like to change your selection for your tickets to home games originally scheduled to be played in June, you must contact your dedicated Cubs representative by 5 p.m. CDT Thursday, June 18.

When will refunds for June games be issued?

If you paid by credit card, we will refund the credit card(s) used to pay for your tickets. If you paid by check, cash or ACH payment, we will refund you via check. The refund will cover the total dollar amount of the tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in June. We anticipate being able to process refunds in three weeks for credit cards and in four weeks for checks from the June ticket update email of Thursday, June 11.

What is happening with games scheduled to be played beyond June?

As we await clarity on the potential start to the season, we will continue to make ticketing decisions regarding future games on a rolling basis. We will share updates with you as soon as we have more information.

Thirty Cubs home games (20 games for Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders and 10 games for Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders) were originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May.

As a Season Ticket Holder and/or Premier Client with club tickets, what options do I have for my tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May?

Season Ticket Holders and Premier Clients with club tickets have the option to receive a credit plus a 5% bonus or a refund for Cubs home games originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May. CREDIT PLUS A 5% BONUS

If I select “credit plus a 5% bonus,” does this mean the total dollar amount for the season tickets I have in my account for March, April and May games will be held in my account?

Correct. If you select the credit option, we will apply a credit on your season ticket account equal to the total dollar amount of the season tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May plus a bonus equal to 5% of the total dollar amount of your season tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in March, April and May. MISCELLANEOUS

How will this affect my mobile season tickets in the MLB Ballpark app?

Tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule will be removed from your mobile wallet in the MLB Ballpark app. Forwarded tickets also will be removed from a ticket forward recipient’s mobile wallet in the MLB Ballpark app. No action is required.

If I forwarded my season tickets via the MLB Ballpark app, will the recipient of my ticket forward receive the credit or refund?

Forwarded tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule will be removed from a ticket forward recipient’s mobile wallet in the MLB Ballpark app and the credit or refund will be issued to the Season Ticket Holder. No action is required.

What happens if I posted Cubs tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule on StubHub?

StubHub will delete active lists for Cubs tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule. No action is required.

What happens if I sold Cubs tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule on StubHub?

Any sales on StubHub for Cubs tickets to games that were part of the original 2020 schedule will be canceled and tickets will be put back on the seller’s account.
