The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m.Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on June 15, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on July 31, 2021 ("Entry Period"). You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following two (2) ways: Eligible Ticket purchase method or mail-in entry method. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit ten (10) entries per person/email address/household, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.

Ticket Purchase Method: During the Entry Period, using the standard cubs.com/tickets purchase link ("Purchase Link"), log in to or create a MLB.com/Cubs.com account, and purchase and pay in full for any type of ticket to any Chicago Cubs 2021 regular season home game ("Eligible Ticket") and upon receipt of payment, you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes per Eligible Ticket purchase via the Purchase Link (i.e., each Eligible Ticket purchased during the Entry Period via the Purchase Link is one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes, up to the ten (10) entry limit). Original purchaser of Eligible Ticket is the only individual who will be entered in the Sweepstakes (i.e., purchasers of resold Eligible Tickets will not be entered in the Sweepstakes by virtue of their purchase of a resold Eligible Ticket). All valid 2021 Cubs season ticket accounts are automatically entered for the sweepstakes. Mail-in Entry Method: If you do not wish to enter by purchasing an Eligible Ticket, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state/territory/province and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, and email address (optional); name of Sweepstakes (“Chicago Cubs Work from Home Plate Sweepstakes”); and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules." on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Chicago Cubs, Attn: Fan Services, 1060 W. Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60613. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person/per envelope. Each mail-in entry received by Sponsor as directed herein will equal one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes (up to ten (10) entry limit). If provided, Sponsor will use email addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. If email address is not provided, Sponsor will use telephone numbers for prize notification. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2021, and received by Sponsor by August 6, 2021,to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: On or about August 7, 2021 (“Drawing Date”), one (1) potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive the opportunity for Winner and one (1) guest to “Work from Home Plate” at Wrigley Field on August 23, 2021, which includes the following:

• Access to a prescribed area around home plate at Wrigley Field for sixty (60) minutes during which time Winner may attend video or phone conference calls; take photographs or video; sit at the provided desk or receive other amenities, as determined by Sponsor (the “Prize”).

Any and all other activity(ies) not listed above are prohibited during Winner’s visit to Wrigley Field to redeem the Prize.

Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $500.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Prize must be redeemed during the following predetermined date and time: August 23, 2021, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. CDT and 10:00 a.m. CDT. If the Winner is unavailable to redeem the Prize during the predetermined date, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Prize shall be redeemed on the predetermined date, rain or shine. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Neither Winner nor his/her guest will transmit any photographs, images, videos, audio or livestreams, in any media, of all or part of the event, whether live or post visit to Wrigley Field, without the express consent of Sponsor. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition tickets. In the event Wrigley Field is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate date or location as determined solely by Sponsor to provide the experience.

NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified at the email address and/or telephone number (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. The potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. The potential winner may be required to execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of the date of issuance. If required in the Eligible Territory, the potential winner will be required to answer correctly, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by Sponsor by telephone at a mutually agreeable time. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, the return of Prize Notification or of the prize (or any portion thereof) as non-deliverable, or, if applicable, failure to answer correctly the skill testing question as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion may result in the potential winner’s disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, email or mail; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections, availability, accessibility, miscommunications or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, wireless transmissions, or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of entries, announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.
