Events
Clark’s Crew members have the opportunity to participate in members-only events throughout the season. Cubs fans who purchase a Clark’s Crew membership by April 1, 2025, will receive an email in early April on how to register their member(s) when event registration officially opens. Spots for each event are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional details regarding Clark’s Crew events will be shared with purchasers at a later date.

How do I update my Clark’s Crew member information?
- Email [email protected] with your member’s full name and the information you would like to be updated.
When will I receive my membership package?
- Orders placed by December 9 are expected to be delivered by December 24. For other orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for your package to be delivered. If you have not received your membership package after that time, please verify the delivery address you used when registering and contact [email protected].
Can I purchase a Clark’s Crew membership in person?
- You can purchase your Clark’s Crew membership at the Cubs Team Store at Gallagher Way. When you purchase a membership at the store, you will register your member and receive your membership package on-site.
How can I purchase my Clark’s Crew membership internationally?

How do I utilize the Clark’s Crew fast-pass privileges for Kids Run the Bases following select Sunday day games?
- Visit Cubs.com/Kids to see the full list of Kids Sundays and Kids Run the Bases dates and logistics on how to receive priority access as a Clark's Crew member.

How many events can a Clark’s Crew member attend?
- Clark’s Crew memberships include the ability to register for up to two members-only events per season. Registration is first-come, first-served and will become available after April 1, 2025. Additional details regarding Clark’s Crew events will be shared with purchasers at a later date.
Can I be added to an event waitlist?
- If you were unable to sign up for a Clark’s Crew event, we are happy to add you to a waitlist in case space becomes available. Please email [email protected] with your membership information and the desired event waitlist you would like to join.
Will I receive a logistics email for my registered Clark’s Crew event?
- Logistics emails for Clark’s Crew events are sent to the email address used to register for the event. Please confirm the email address used to register and check your spam folder. If you do not receive event logistics a week prior to the event, please confirm you received an event registration confirmation email and contact [email protected].
What do I do if I am no longer able to attend an upcoming Clark’s Crew event.
- If you are unable to attend a registered event, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
