My Cardinals Tickets is a secure portal within the Cardinals website that can be accessed by visiting cardinals.com/mytickets. My Cardinals Tickets offers a range of services to assist you in managing your Season Tickets. You can make payments, transfer tickets, reprint tickets and post tickets for sale on StubHub through your account. Below is your My Cardinals Tickets login information to get you started.

When logging in to your My Cardinals Tickets account you will always want to use your account number as the username along with the password that you were originally provided, unless you have changed the password. If you have forgot your password, please contact your Account Executive and they will be able to provide you with a new one.

My Cardinals Tickets is a convenient way for Season Ticket Holders to make credit card payments on their regular season and Postseason tickets. When there is a bill to pay, the 'To Do List' will be the first window you see after logging in.

The 'Reprint Tickets' option gives Season Ticket Holders an efficient way to reprint damaged tickets. When reprinting your tickets, always use the most recent version of the printout. There is no charge to print your tickets at home.

• If lost or stolen, please contact your Account Executive to have tickets reprinted.

TO REPRINT TICKETS:

• Click 'My Ticket Inventory' and a list of all games will appear. Then select 'Print Tickets' in the Ticket Action dropdown menu.
• Use the next set of dropdown menus to organize your inventory by Month, Opponent or Day/Time.
• Click the arrow to the left of the game to display your seats for that date. Select the check box next to the seat(s) you want to reprint and click the green 'Continue' button.
• On the next screen, you will see the list of each seat to be reprinted. Click the green 'Print Tickets' button to view and print your tickets!

Season Ticket Holders can post their Season Tickets for sale on StubHub by utilizing their My Cardinals Tickets account. When you log into your My Cardinals Tickets account and post your tickets, the barcodes will automatically transfer to StubHub. My Cardinals Tickets will also track what tickets have been sold and what tickets are for sale on StubHub, making it easy for you to manage your Season Tickets.

TO POST TICKETS FOR SALE ON STUBHUB:

• In the upper right hand corner, click 'My Ticket Inventory' and a list of all games will appear. Then select 'Sell on StubHub' in the Ticket Action dropdown menu. Use the next set of dropdown menus to organize your inventory by Month, Opponent or Day/Time.
• Click the arrow to the left of the game to display your seats for that date. Select the check box next to the seat(s) you want to sell and click the green 'Continue' button.
• The StubHub page will open in a new browser window/tab. If the new window/tab doesn't automatically appear, make sure you have enabled pop-ups from My Cardinals Tickets. You can do this by clicking the pop-up blocker notification that your browser provides.
• Once you arrive at StubHub, you should enter your account information if you already have a StubHub account, or register for a new account.
• There is a checkbox that says "Automatically log me in when coming from the Cardinals website", which will make it easier in the future as you won't have to login twice.
• Follow the remaining step-by-step instructions provided by StubHub.

Season Ticket Holders can electronically forward their season tickets for future Cardinals games to family, friends, colleagues and clients instantly. Forwarding tickets is convenient, easy to use, and replaces sending tickets by mail, courier, or leaving them at Will Call. Tickets may be forwarded until two hours prior to the scheduled game time. Once a Season Ticket Holder forwards the tickets, the recipient is notified immediately by email. When the recipient accepts the forward, they will have the option of printing the tickets at home. There is no charge to forward your tickets to another person. If you make a mistake forwarding the tickets, you can always recall them to your account.

TO FORWARD TICKETS:

• In the upper right hand corner, click 'My Ticket Inventory' and a list of all games will appear.
• In the Ticket Action dropdown menu, select 'Forward Tickets'.
• Use the next set of dropdown menus to organize your inventory by Month, Opponent or Day/Time.
• Click the arrow to the left of the game to display your seats for that date. Select the check box next to the seat(s) you want to forward.
• In the right hand column, select your recipient.
  • If it is a new recipient, select 'New Friend' and enter their email address and name. Each recipient will be saved on your friends list.
• Click the green 'Continue' button in the bottom right hand corner.
  • Another window will appear confirming the tickets you wish to forward.
• Once you confirm the correct tickets have been selected, click the green 'Forward Tickets' button and the forward is complete.
  • By forwarding tickets, the original barcode becomes invalid.

TICKET FORWARD RECIPIENT INFO:

• Your recipient will receive an email and link indicating that they have received a ticket forward. They will then follow the link to log in and accept the forward.
• Your recipient must use the same email address that tickets were sent to. The recipient will need to fill out 'My Account Information' as well as "MLB Account Information" for verification purposes.
• Your recipient will then be able to print their tickets.

TO RECALL TICKETS:

• In the upper right hand corner click 'My History'.
• Click the Forward ID you wish to recall.
• Select the seats you wish to recall.
• Click the red 'Recall' button in the bottom right hand corner.
• The recall is complete and the tickets are now active in 'My Ticket Inventory'.
  • The previous recipient will no longer have access to the tickets and the original barcode becomes valid.

SplitSeasonTickets is a service the Cardinals provide that allows Season Ticket Holders to search and find partners to share their tickets, manage their Season Tickets with their partners, and track their ticket usage throughout the season. You can find the portal at: cardinals.com/splitseason.

SplitSeasonTickets is the best way for you to use your existing season tickets to build your Season Ticket Holder Group. You can sell any number of seats to any number of games.

TO FIND PARTNERS:

• Select 'Find A Partner' - Create and Post a custom listing.
• First, you will enter your Ticket Group Name, Ticket Location Name (Home Field Box, Infield Pavilion, etc.), your Account Number, Venue and Seats Per Game.
• Choose your Price Scale and then enter your Section, Row & Seat numbers.
• Select 'Create a Listing' and in the drop down menus click your Season Ticket Location and Season Ticket Plan (Full, Half, 27 Game).
• Fill out the form as prompted with listing name, any notes about the seats and your offer preferences (price per game, delivery, amount of games, payment method).
• Click the checkbox for Terms of Use/Service Fee/Listing Policies and click 'Create Listing'.
  • All listings are approved by the St. Louis Cardinals before appearing on the site.
  • After creating your listing, you can add photos and answer questions through the SplitSeasonTickets site.
  • SplitSeasonTickets will notify you via email of all offers on the listing.

Season Ticket Holders can use the SplitSeasonTicket site to manage their ticket partnership. This service was created for Season Ticket Holders to make tracking and sharing easy. You can Manage Tickets by adding partners and assigning their role. Set up Online Drafts, run Usage Reports and tag how the tickets are used for your group.

TO MANAGE AND TRACK TICKETS:

• Click 'Manage' in order to control partners, tickets, and games.
• Within your ticket group, you can add partners, message them, and assign them labels.
• You can coordinate how the tickets are dispersed, including setting up an Online Draft.
• You can select the purpose and the department that used your tickets and how they were delivered.
• Tag your tickets! Client entertainment, sales reward, gift, you name it! All are options to describe your tickets.
• The Calendar feature shows which games are offered and that game's information.
