The official MLB Ballpark app is your mobile app companion for buying game tickets, planning your visit, and attending live games at Busch Stadium. The MLB Ballpark app is a must for the fan who wants to stay informed and connected with their favorite team.
The MLB Ballpark app lets you access and manage your digital tickets, easily forward tickets, browse team schedules, view interactive ballpark maps, and much more! Plus, you can chronicle your own personal history, creating an archive of your personal experiences at Major League Baseball stadiums.
Once in the app don’t forget to customize your experience by enabling location, selecting your favorite team, and allowing notifications. This can easily be managed in your profile section, available in the top left corner from the home screen.
Signing In:
You'll be asked to log in with your MLB account. If you can't remember your password, you can have a new one emailed to you directly from the Ballpark app. If you don't have an MLB account, you can easily create one.
At the Game:
Make sure to enable location to access venue information, app features, and exclusive check-in offers when you’re at the stadium. Don’t forget to turn on notifications to get updates on your game tickets, important ballpark information, promotions and more.
When you arrive at the ballpark, the Home and Cardinals tabs will be your central source for venue information and features to enhance your stadium visit. To document your visit at Busch Stadium, upload photos of your memories to My History. Simply go to the Home tab and click on “Go to My History” or tap on the Profile link in the top corner to check out the details of your ballpark check-ins.

After successfully logging in with your MLB account, tap the Profile icon from the Home tab.
Tap on "My MLB Account Emails" from the My Profile page.
On your My MLB Account Emails page, you can send or resend a verification email to the email address used to purchase tickets.
A verification email will be sent to the email address requested. Tap on the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app
Open the "Tickets" tab and select the game for which you'd like to view and use ticket(s).
Tap an individual ticket or select "Open" next to each ticket to see its mobile barcode.
Make sure to increase your screen's brightness when scanning this barcode on gameday.
Screenshots are not allowed and will be denied entry into Busch Stadium. Please use the app to access or forward your tickets.
Open the "Tickets" tab and select the game for which you'd like to view and use ticket(s).
Tap the circle(s) next to each ticket you'd like to forward and then tap the "Forward Tickets" button.
Tickets can be forwarded via email, a text link or by selecting a contact from your phone's address book. Select your preference.
Open the "Tickets" tab followed by the "Buy Tickets" tab to browse available options.
Once you select the game you are interested in attending, you can review seating locations and the final price.
After you complete the purchase, your tickets will be available in the "Tickets" tab. Make sure to refresh your "Wallet" by holding and pulling the screen downward.
