How can Season Ticket Holders purchase additional tickets for individual games?

Season Ticket Holders may call their Account Executive to purchase additional tickets (based on availability) without a service charge or can purchase additional tickets through SeatGeek.

Are Season Ticket Holders able to purchase additional Opening Day tickets?

Season Ticket Holders may have the option to purchase additional Opening Day tickets, as well as individual game tickets, during a special pre-sale offer. Typically, the Cardinals offer a pre-sale to Season Ticket Holders the day before tickets go on sale to the general public. All additional tickets for Opening Day are based on availability.

Will Season Ticket Holders be able to purchase additional Postseason tickets?

Season Ticket Holders may have the option to purchase additional Postseason tickets through a special pre-sale offer. All additional tickets are based on availability.

Do Season Ticket Holders have the ability to purchase tickets through the Cardinals for other ballparks?

Unfortunately, the Cardinals cannot process ticket orders for games away from Busch Stadium. Tickets for games in other cities must be purchased through the home team. Please visit www.mlb.com for additional ticket information for each of the MLB teams.

How can I purchase tickets for Spring Training games at Roger Dean Stadium?

Ballpark Founders

What is the process of becoming a Ballpark Founder?

The seating rights of most Ballpark Founders locations are owned by the individual Ballpark Founders accounts.

Ballpark Founders do have the option of selling their Founders rights at a price they feel is reasonable on the Ballpark Founders Marketplace. All fans including current Season Ticket Holders and those looking to purchase season tickets for the first time can make an offer to purchase the rights off of the Ballpark Founders Marketplace. You may also purchase certain locations by contacting the Ticket Office at (314) 345-9000.

How can a Ballpark Founder upgrade or relocate their season tickets?

The Cardinals are unable to offer relocation or upgrade options due to the contractual commitment made by each participant in the Ballpark Founders program. Season Ticket Holders that wish to acquire a different Ballpark Founders location will need to sell their current Founders rights on the Ballpark Founders Marketplace and then purchase the Founders Rights to new seats.

How do I transfer my Ballpark Founders seats?

A Ballpark Founder has the option to transfer the rights to a Ballpark Founders location. If the Ballpark Founder and another party agree to terms, the Ballpark Founder must obtain, complete and submit the Ballpark Founders Transfer Form to the Cardinals, along with a $250 transfer fee. Transfers can only be processed during the off-season, approximately November thru March.

The current Ballpark Founders licensee must complete the Transfer Form, along with the transferee. The Transfer Form must be completed with all contact information and a transfer fee is required. Both parties must sign the Transfer Form to be approved.

How do I sell my Ballpark Founders seats?

A Ballpark Founder has the option to sell the rights to a Ballpark Founders location. The Ballpark Founders Marketplace now provides Ballpark Founders a safe and easy way to sell the rights to their Ballpark Founders locations online. By creating an account with the Marketplace, Ballpark Founders can easily post the rights to their seats for sale at their own asking price. Anyone can submit an offer on a Founder's listing, but the seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offers submitted.

What benefits do Ballpark Founders receive?

Ballpark Founders have the right to maintain and control, for as long as they choose, the seats that offer the best views and the closest proximity to field. Ballpark Founders also have the ability to transfer, will or sell seats to anyone. They will also have the right to purchase season tickets for their chosen seats as long as the Cardinals play in Busch Stadium.

Club Access

Can I obtain extra passes for the Cardinals Club or Redbird Club?

Unfortunately, extra passes are not available for the Cardinals Club or Redbird Club. A valid game day ticket to the Cardinals Club or Redbird Club is required for access. A valid Luxury Suite ticket will also allow access to the Redbird Club.

Disabled/Accessible Seating

What types of locations are available for accessible seating?

Wheelchair accessible seating is dispersed throughout the stadium in the various price categories. Wheelchair seating availability is on a game-by-game basis. Please contact your Account Executive if you would prefer accessible seating. If you are in Busch Stadium and require accessible seating, please visit the Ticket Adjustment Window on the main level behind section 161.

Can I exchange my season tickets for wheelchair accessible seating to a particular game?

Yes. If you know in advance that you are going to need wheelchair accessible seating, you may call your Account Executive and have he/she check the ticket availability and reserve the seats over the phone. Should you choose to purchase a more expensive wheelchair accessible seating location, you are responsible for paying the difference between your season tickets and the wheelchair accessible location. Payment can be submitted over the phone with your Account Executive.

You may also bring your season tickets to the ticket windows on 8th Street and exchange them for a wheelchair accessible location. All exchanges are based on availability.

Luxury Suites

Are food and beverage included in the Luxury Suites?

Food and beverage is an additional expense for the Luxury Suites. Catering service is available for all suite guests by contacting Delaware North at 314-345-9161. Luxury Suite guests may also bring concession items into the suite, including items from the Redbird Club.

Can we bring our own food into a Luxury Suite?

Delaware North is the exclusive food and beverage provider of the Luxury Suites. Catering or concession items from Busch Stadium are the only food and drinks allowed in the suites. The only exception would be a cake for a special occasion, which you may also order through the catering service. For more information about catering, please contact Delaware North at 314-345-9161.

Are children allowed in the Luxury Suites? What age requires a ticket?

Yes. The Luxury Suites are open for all ages. Any child four years of age or older must have a valid Luxury Suite ticket for admission. Children age three and under do not require a ticket for admission to Busch Stadium or the Luxury Suites.

Can we buy additional Luxury Suite tickets for a game?

A limited number of additional Luxury Suite tickets are available for purchase by each Luxury Suite Holder. To purchase additional Luxury Suite tickets, suite owner should contact their Account Executive.

How can my company become a Luxury Suite Holder? What is the cost?

Currently, all of the Luxury Suites are sold on multi-year agreements. We are keeping a waiting list for anyone that would like us to contact them if one would become available. To learn more about the Luxury Suites or to add your name to the waiting list, please contact the Premium Sales & Service Department at 314.345.9417.

The price of a Luxury Suite will vary depending on the size of the suite.

Are there suite passes for a guest with Field Box (or any location) tickets?

Unfortunately, passes are not available for the Luxury Suites. A valid Luxury Suite ticket is required for access.

Where is the parking lot for Luxury Suite Holders?

Luxury Suite Holders are provided parking passes for Lot C which is located at the intersection of 8th Street and Poplar Street. The entrance to Lot C is located directly across the street from Gate 2 on the Southwest corner of Busch Stadium.

What time can we get into our Luxury Suite before a game?

The Luxury Suites are available for guests when the Busch Stadium gates open, which is 1.5 hours prior to first pitch on Monday-Thursday, 2 hours prior to first pitch on Friday-Sunday.

What time must we leave the Luxury Suite after a game?

Luxury Suite guests will be asked to leave at the conclusion of the game.

Postseason Tickets

What Postseason ticket rights are associated with each plan?

Full Season:

Full Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase their exact season ticket seating locations for all Postseason games, including the World Series.

Half Season:

Those who purchase two Half Season tickets will have the option to purchase two tickets for all potential Postseason games in a location determined by the St. Louis Cardinals.

Those who purchase a minimum of four seats will have the option to purchase half of their exact season ticket seating locations for all potential Postseason games.

Example: If you own Half Season Plan A in Section 133, Row 14, Seats 1-4, you will have the option of purchasing Section 133, Row 14, Seats 1-2 for all Postseason games.

The Season Ticket Holder who owns Half Season Plan B in Section 133, Row 14, Seats 1-4 will have the option of purchasing seats 3-4 for all Postseason games.

27 Game Plans:

Those who own 2 or more seats receive the option to purchase 2 tickets for all potential Postseason games in a location will be determined by the Cardinals.

Those who own 1 seat receive the option to purchase 1 ticket for all potential Postseason games in a location to be determined by the Cardinals.

How does the payment process work for Postseason tickets?

Should the Cardinals be in contention for Postseason action, the Season Ticket Department will send out electronic invoices to the primary email address listed on your account. The Postseason invoices are typically emailed in early August. This information will include details about the Postseason ticket locations, payment process and ticket distribution.

The St. Louis Cardinals will allow you to purchase your Postseason tickets in a number of ways. You may:

Pay in Full

Purchase all seats for all possible home games by the given payment deadline, usually in early September.

If you are mailing your payment, please print your invoice and mark the box adjacent to “Paying in full for the 202X Postseason Tickets before you send it in.

Pay in Two Installments

The first installment requires payment for 50% of your entire ticket cost plus the service fee. This amount will be paid upon receipt. The second installment will cover the remaining balance and will automatically be charged at a later date.

If you choose to pay in two installments, you must pay via credit card or ACH Payment. If you are mailing in your payment, please print your invoice and mark the box adjacent to “Paying over two installments for 202X Postseason Tickets.” If you choose to pay online, please note that you may select to have any credit accumulated during Postseason due to un-played games applied to your second scheduled payment.

Purchase a Portion of Your Seats

Purchase a portion of your seats for either two of the options listed above.

For example, if you have four seats, you may choose to purchase only two seats for each round. This options is not available online.

You may submit full payment for all tickets on a one-time basis by using any of the types of payment listed above. Payment can be submitted by:

  • Paying online by accessing your My Cardinals Tickets account. Both full and partial payment can be made by credit card and all seats shown on your account must be purchased.
  • Mailing your Postseason invoice to the Cardinals, please address to:

Will Season Ticket Holders be able to purchase additional Postseason tickets?

Due to the Postseason commitments to Season Ticket Holders and Major League Baseball requirements, the Cardinals are unable to offer additional Postseason tickets.

When and how are Postseason refunds applied?

Should the Cardinals not make it to the Postseason, or make the Postseason and all games are not played, your payment credits will automatically be applied toward the next year's season tickets. If you would prefer to get a refund, please indicate this via an e-mail to [email protected]. Refund checks and credits will be issued within four weeks of the Cardinals last Postseason game. It will not be necessary to return tickets from unplayed games to receive a refund.

Refund Options:

Apply the full refund to season tickets. The Cardinals will automatically assume this option is selected unless otherwise indicated by emailing [email protected]

Receive a full refund by your original method of payment.

Example: If you originally paid using a credit card the refund will automatically be refunded to that card. If you paid using a check the Cardinals will issue you a refund check.

Promotional Items

Can Season Ticket Holders request additional promotional items?

Unfortunately, the Season Ticket Department cannot accommodate requests for additional promotional items. A specific number of promotional items are distributed exclusively at the Busch Stadium gates. Do you sell Theme Night vouchers to Season Ticket Holders?

Yes, we sell discounted Theme Tickets to Season Ticket Holders, but you can only purchase up to one voucher per season ticket that you own for that particular game. You can find a list of all Theme Nights at cardinals.com/theme.

How much are season tickets (Full Season, Half Season, 27 game plans)?

The cost for season tickets varies depending on the plan chosen and the location of seats within the stadium. Current pricing can be found by clicking here.

What seating locations are available for each of the season ticket plans?

Location availability is based on the desired season plan and renewals from current Season Ticket Holders each season.

Do Season Ticket Holders receive discounted ticket prices?

Season ticket pricing is offered at a discounted, per game, price. The discount is offered because the Season Ticket Holder has committed to a higher number of games.

Redbird Club

Can a Redbird Club Season Ticket Holder request Redbird Club passes for friends or guests sitting in other areas of the ballpark?

Unfortunately, extra passes are not available for the Redbird Club. A valid Redbird Club or Luxury Suite ticket is required for access to the Redbird Club.

Are food and drinks included in the Redbird Club?

Complimentary concessions are not included in the price of a Redbird Club ticket. Several specialty food items are available throughout the Redbird Club. You can read more about what food is available throughout the Ballpark by clicking here.

Scoreboard Greetings

Can season holders request a birthday/anniversary message on the scoreboard?

Season Ticket Exchange

Do the Cardinals offer a ticket exchange for tickets that I was unable to use?

Season Ticket Holders are able to exchange a set number of games (based on the plan type) for a game of similar value. See below for the number of games per plan type.

How many exchanges am I allowed to make?

  • Full Season Plan Holders – 12 Exchanges
  • Half Season Plan Holders – 6 Exchanges
  • 27 Game Plan Holders – 3 Exchanges

How can Season Ticket Holders purchase additional tickets for individual games?

What is the MVP Card?

The MVP Card is a card given to all Season Ticket Holders in the MLB Ballpark App for a 10% discount at Busch Stadium's Team Store located at the corner of 8th & Clark Street, and behind section 130. The 10% discount is also good at the Cardinals Authentic Team Store located in right center field by Gate 6.

Season Ticket Holders also receive a one-time 35% off coupon in the Season Ticket booklet that can be used at the Team Store. Season Ticket Holders must have their MVP Card present in order to use this coupon.

Season Ticket Payment

How do I renew my current season tickets?

The Cardinals will email the Season Ticket Renewal Invoice in November with the final payment due in January.

When is the final deadline for season ticket payments?

Season ticket deadlines will be determined each offseason. Final payment for season tickets is typically due in mid-January.

Can I pay my season ticket invoice online?

Season Ticket Holders may submit payment online by accessing your My Cardinals Tickets account.

How and when can a Season Ticket Holder upgrade or relocate their season tickets?

All non-Ballpark Founders Season Ticket Holders will have the option to request a seating relocation or upgrade each season. The relocation process will be done during the season and a letter will be sent out to each Season Ticket Holder notifying them when the process will start. Season Ticket Holders will then need to contact their Account Executive to make their relocation request. All season ticket availability is based on the season ticket renewal rate. Season Ticket Holder relocation will be based on season ticket availability and the seniority of each Season Ticket Holder.

Spring Training Information

Can Season Ticket Holders purchase Spring Training tickets through the Cardinals?

Unfortunately, the Cardinals cannot process Spring Training ticket orders. Tickets for Spring Training games must be purchased through the respective Spring Training facilities in Florida and Arizona. Please visit www.mlb.com for more information.
