1. What is Ticketmaster Lounge?
Ticketmaster Lounge is a brand new premium viewing experience at Rogers Centre. Ticketmaster Lounge is located directly behind home plate on the 300 Level, providing the best sightlines the ballpark has to offer. The Lounge features an exclusive gate entrance, concierge service, and diverse viewing options designed to meet our members' needs, including an exceptional dining experience, lounge and social area, luxury stadium-style seating, and casual bar rail.
2. Where is Ticketmaster Lounge located?
Located behind home plate in the 300 level, Ticketmaster Lounge has the best sightlines from anywhere in Rogers Centre. Positioned beside Sportsnet cameras Ticketmaster Lounge ultimately provides the 'best seat in the house'.
3. Where do I enter to get to Ticketmaster Lounge?
The exclusive entrance for Ticketmaster Lounge is Gate 9. A short elevator ride to the 300 Level will lead you to the entrance of Ticketmaster Lounge, where our hostess will great you, and complimentary coat check will be provided.
4. What amenities are included with Ticketmaster Lounge?
Exclusivity, seats, dining, and service are some of the amenities offered in Ticketmaster Lounge. Ticketmaster Lounge offers a private bar, in-house chef, and private washrooms for all members.
The seats offer the best view in Rogers Centre and are each accompanied by a charging portal for your smartphone or laptop. The seats themselves are the widest in the building, offering additional padding and leg room. Drink holders and removable tray at seat to allow for best experience with food & drink.
On average there are 5 fans per every 1 staff member inside Ticketmaster Lounge. A dedicated Service Executive who is the expert for the space can help manage your tickets and secure dinner reservations. Your service executive will work to make your Membership experience as consistent and as seamless as possible, including contacting your key clients prior to their game to ensure they are aware of what Ticketmaster Lounge offers and to help them enjoy their time at the ball game.
5. Is food provided in Ticketmaster Lounge?
Tickets include food (three course Prix Fixe menu) for all 81 home games. The option of in-seat service allows fans to enjoy their meal from their seat, with the option to reserve tables for finer dining. Rotating menus for each homestand allow a fresh look and taste throughout our 6-month regular season.
6. I have a guest with accessible needs, which gate should they enter?
Guests with accessible needs may enter through our designated accessible entrance at Gate 7, located on the south side of the building, close to Bremner Blvd. Elevators are also available at Rogers Centre Gates 3, 9 and 13.
Please note: Rogers Centre does not permit the rental of wheelchairs during games/events, however, we are able to provide wheelchair escorts to those who require assistance to their seats. Guests requiring assistance or information regarding accessibility, should contact our Fan Services Team by phone at 416-341-1000 at least one (1) business day prior to their planned visit.
