How do I purchase a Flex Pack?

1. Select your games: choose 3 or more games to attend.
2. Choose your seating category: determine how many seats you need, and pick your favourite seat location.
3. Enjoy benefits & savings: the more games, the better the benefits!

How do unlimited exchanges work?

• After purchasing your Flex Pack, enjoy the flexibility of unlimited ticket exchanges up to 48 hours before game time on Blue Jays Account Manager.
• Game dates and seating locations are valued at different tiers, and you can exchange your tickets from the same or lower tiers at no additional cost. If there is an increase in cost between your current tickets and new tickets, you are charged based on your Flex Pack rate.
• You may exchange up to eight (8) tickets from your Flex Packs to any one game, with the exception of Opening Day presented by TD, which you can exchange up to four (4) tickets into.

How do I secure Opening Day presented by TD and Canada Day access?

• If you purchase a 5-Game, 8-Game or 10-Game Flex Pack, you can include Opening Day presented by TD and Canada Day games to your pack.
• Note: savings do not apply to Opening Day presented by TD or Canada Day. However, you will not be charged service fees on those games.

What can I spend the one-time 20% Jays Shop discount on?

• 8-Game and 10-Game Flex Packs buyers receive a one-time 20% Jays Shop discount, which will be distributed March 1, 2025.
• Jays Shop merchandise discount can be applied to most regularly priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at any Jays Shop location, including the Stadium Edition at Rogers Centre Gate 5, and stadium kiosks. For your Flex Pack, your discount will be valid from the beginning of the 2025 Blue Jays regular season until the final 2025 regular season home game.
• Jays Shop merchandise discounts cannot be used on game-used/game-ready merchandise, custom cresting services, publications, postseason merchandise, gift cards, admission tickets, or shipping charges or surcharges. Jays Shop merchandise discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. 

What can I purchase with the $50 Promotional Card?

If you purchase a 10-Game Flex Pack, you will receive a $50 Promotional Card which can be used toward food, beverage & merchandise purchases at the Rogers Centre during the 2025 regular season. Note that the value on the Promotional Card will expire at the end of the 2025 regular season. Terms and conditions apply.

Do I receive Postseason Access with my Flex Pack?

10-Game Flex Pack buyers receive guaranteed 2025 postseason ticket access.

Do I receive a discount on additional tickets?

10-Game Flex Pack buyers receive savings that apply to the purchase of any additional tickets beyond 10 games (tickets per game).

If I buy a certain number of games that are not the predetermined Flex Pack amounts, do I unlock the benefits and discounts of the pack above my purchase?

No, you will receive the allotted benefits for the lower pack tier. For example, if you buy 7 games, you will receive the benefits of a 5-Game Flex Pack.

Can I upgrade from a smaller Flex Pack to a larger one during the season?

To discuss options for upgrading to a larger Flex Pack (for example, from a 3-game to a 5-game pack), please contact the ticket office at 416-341-1234 for details on upgrading your package.
