Change of Plans? Exchange your games!
You can exchange your tickets on your Blue Jays Account Manager free of charge for similarly priced tickets to the same or other games. If you would like to upgrade to a more expensive game or better seat location, you will pay the difference in cost between the new tickets and the tickets being exchanged. Kindly note that no credits or refunds will be applied to exchanges of tickets with a lower price-point. - After purchasing your Ticket Pack, you can seamlessly exchange your Blue Jays tickets for other tickets within the same game or for tickets to another game on your Blue Jays Account Manager.
- No Ticket Exchange Fee for 2024!
- If there is an increase in cost between the tickets that you wish to exchange and the new tickets, then you will be responsible for paying the amount of that increase in cost.
- Exchanges may be made up until two hours prior to the start of the game that you are seeking to exchange.
- Reminder that you may exchange up to eight (8) tickets from your Membership to any one game, with the exception of Home Opener presented by TD which you can exchange up to four (4) tickets into.

Design a 2024 Ticket Pack that works for you!
- Number of Tickets in Pack: Decide which ticket pack has the right number of tickets for you. The more tickets you buy, the more you’ll save. Choose a 12+ Ticket Pack for 12-23 tickets, a 24+ ticket pack for 24-39 tickets, or a 40+ ticket pack for 40-80 tickets.
- Number of Tickets Per Game: You can bring a different number of people to each game! For example, use two tickets for your first game and five tickets for the next game (up to a max. of 8 tickets per game) – the choice is yours!
- Seat Location: Feel like sitting on the first base line one game, and in the outfield the next game? A Ticket Pack lets you decide where to sit each game.
