What is Work From Dome?

Introducing Work From Dome – a new addition to our Promotions and Events Schedule, on every Wednesday and Thursday 3:07 p.m. home game!

Whether you’re coming with your co-workers or slipping out of work early to “work” at the dome, there’s no way you’ll want to miss out on all the excitement!

What can I expect when attending a Work From Dome game?

Get ready for the ultimate office escape with Work From Dome! Cheer on the Blue Jays while taking in the best views in the city! Plus, if you’re a group of 12 or more, your group can choose to purchase a guaranteed item add-on with a purchase of our Work From Dome ticket add on to enjoy a Blue Jays branded item to show off with your colleagues!

At Work From Dome games, ditch the office for a day at the ballpark and join us for special experiences like work-themed photo opportunities, live entertainment and more! But don’t worry, if you do need to “work” there will be extra workstations and charging spots throughout the ballpark.

Can anyone purchase an item add on?

Unfortunately, no. For the six (6) Work From Dome games, the group purchase item add on opportunity is only available to groups of 12 or more.

Where can I find my item add on ticket?

Your item add on ticket is located in your Blue Jays Account Manager or on the MLB Ballpark app.

Can I bring my whole team to Work From Dome?

Yes! Please contact the Group Sales team at 416-341-1234 to learn more about our group ticket offers and ask about our guaranteed item add on!

What is the pickup location for the add on item at Rogers Centre? Where can you pick up your item on game day?

Details about where to pick up your ticket add on will be communicated seven (7) days prior to the game.

Can I still purchase group tickets without getting the ticket add on item?

Certainly! You and your group can still purchase group tickets for the game without needing to purchase the add on item.

How will my tickets be delivered?

Your mobile tickets will be added to your Ticketmaster account which can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app or Blue Jays Account Manager. Ticket Management will be accessible starting March 1st, 2024.

What type of payment is accepted?

Acceptable payment methods include Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Cheque and EFT/Wire Transfer.

Are there any F & B included in the ticket?

No, but we do offer gift cards which can be purchased in advance.

Can we display the Toronto Blue Jays logo on our website to promote the event?

Unfortunately, we are not able to authorize any use of the Toronto Blue Jays official logo on any website or web page not cleared by the organization. You can however share the Blue Jays webpage with your team.

What if I don’t want to bring my colleagues and just need an excuse to get out of work early?

Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! There are many other people in the same situation. Simply purchase a single game ticket and head down to the ballpark for the game. We won’t tell if you leave your laptop at home!
