Guest Code of Conduct
Yankee Stadium management wants all Guests to be able to enjoy the fun and excitement of Yankee Stadium events in a safe and comfortable environment. Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all Yankee Stadium Team Members*, and Yankee Stadium management asks Guests for the same in return.
To help maintain an enjoyable environment, the following guidelines have been established.
Out of respect for Team Members and other Guests, all Guests will:
- consume alcoholic beverages only in a responsible manner;
- sit in only the seats for which they have tickets and present their tickets to Team Members upon request;
- comply with requests from Team Members;
- be courteous to Stadium neighbors when entering and leaving the Stadium; and
- restrict movement in the seating area during game, match or event action and cheer in a respectful manner that does not interfere with other Guests' enjoyment.
The following actions are prohibited:
- acting in a manner that is unruly, disruptive and/or illegal
- displaying inconsiderate, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward Team Members and/or other Guests
- using foul/abusive language and/or making obscene gestures
- displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing
- intentionally throwing any substance or object to create or cause inconvenience**
- knowingly entering the playing field and/or other non-public areas of the Stadium without authorization
- intentionally and/or recklessly harming Team Members, sports or event participants, and/or other Guests✝
- fighting, taunting or making threatening gestures
- smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes
- damaging or attempting to damage the Stadium and/or its contents or property
- possessing or using illegal drugs or abusing prescription drugs
- obstructing the view of other Guests with excessive standing
- sitting or standing on seat backs, standing on seats or stepping over/on seats
- standing or sitting in the walkways, aisles or ramps
- placing cups or other items on walls or ledges
- throwing or kicking objects
Yankee Stadium management maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding any Guest who violates the Guest Code of Conduct. All Guests must comply with the Guest Code of Conduct. Any Guest who does not will be subject to immediate ejection without refund and possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges and may also be in violation of New York State and City rules, regulations and ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Yankee Stadium management thanks Guests in advance for complying with the Guest Code of Conduct. Enjoy the event.
YANKEE STADIUM TEAM MEMBERS ARE AVAILABLE TO HELP ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Guests are encouraged to report any security or guest relations issue to the nearest Team Member, or Guests can confidentially text the issue to (917) 746-0088 (message and data rates may apply), and a Team Member will respond.

**Placing, dropping, tossing or hurling any substance or object onto the playing field during a Yankees home game, New York City FC home match or any other professional sporting event at Yankee Stadium with the intent to cause physical injury to a sports participant and/or disrupt the game, match or sporting event is a crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment as well as a civil penalty of up to $5,000.
✝ Striking, slapping, kicking or otherwise making physical contact with any professional sports participant with the intent to cause physical injury and/or disrupt a Yankees home game, New York City FC home match or any other professional sporting event at Yankee Stadium, or any attempt to do so directly or indirectly by means of any substance or object, are crimes each punishable by fine and/or imprisonment as well as a civil penalty of up to $25,000.
Entry and Carry-in Policy
Safety is the No. 1 priority at Yankee Stadium, and Yankee Stadium management will take every reasonable step to provide a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone entering the Stadium.
As part of Major League Baseball's initiative to standardize security procedures at all 30 major league parks, all Guests are required to be screened via metal detectors before entering the Stadium. This new procedure, a result of MLB's continuing work with the Department of Homeland Security, is in addition to the bag-check policy already in place and applies to all Stadium events.
Metal detectors are located at all Stadium gates. Once Guests have been screened and have had their bags checked, they will have their tickets scanned. Yankee Stadium management strongly urges all Guests to budget additional time for entry into the Stadium when planning their visits.
Before proceeding through metal detectors:
Guests will be asked to remove cellphones, cameras and any large metal objects from their pockets and place them in a small plastic container for inspection. Additionally, bags and their interiors will be visually inspected by security personnel at a screening table alongside the metal detector. Only MLB-compliant bags - soft-sided and 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches or smaller - will be admitted. Guests' belongings will be in their sight throughout the screening process, and Guests can pick up their belongings at the end of the table once they have proceeded through the metal detector. The removal of belts, shoes and jackets is not required.
Pursuant to MLB requirements, all Guests, including children, must be screened. Infants and toddlers may be carried through the metal detectors; those children who are able to walk may be asked to go through on their own. Those Guests who choose not to or who are unable to go through a walk-through metal detector have the option of being checked with a hand-held metal detector or receiving a physical pat-down.
If the device detects something:
Guests will be directed to the side, where they will be screened via a hand-held metal detector or physical pat-down. When the items in question are discovered, Guests will be asked to present them for further inspection.
Any item or property that could affect the safety of the Stadium, its occupants or its property shall not be permitted into the Stadium. Yankee Stadium management reserves the right to prohibit or require removal of any items at its sole and absolute discretion. Any person that could affect the safety of the Stadium, its occupants or its property shall be denied entry.
Prohibited Items
Guests may not carry/bring the following items into the Stadium:
- any bag larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches
- briefcases, coolers or other hard-sided bags or containers
- glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses
- laser pens
- selfie sticks
- mono/tripods or other professional camera equipment
- video cameras or other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording
- drones
- laptop computers
- firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
- alcohol
- illegal drugs or substances
- brooms, poles, staffs or sticks
- baseball bats of any size
- television sets, excluding television substitutes such as tablets
- animals (except service animals to aid Guests with disabilities)
- air horns or other distracting noisemakers
- any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports or event participant, other Guest, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game, match or event, or any technology-related service provided in the Stadium
- helmets (e.g., bicycle helmets, motorcycle helmets or baseball helmets)
- masks or costumes
- projectiles (e.g., Frisbees or beach balls)
- aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray or sunscreen)
- confetti or glitter
- fireworks
- visible obscene, indecent or inappropriate clothing
Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the Stadium. There is no storage area for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. Yankee Stadium management reserves the right to change or modify this policy without notice.
A-to-Z Guide
Alcohol policy
Legends Hospitality is the exclusive provider of concessions and catering services at Yankee Stadium. Yankee Stadium management and Legends Hospitality work together to promote the responsible use of alcohol. Yankee Stadium management prohibits anyone from bringing alcohol into the Stadium. Anyone who deliberately conceals alcohol while attempting to enter the Stadium will be denied entry without refund and will face possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges. Those who are or appear to be impaired will be denied entry. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the Stadium.
Proof of Identification
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Proper identification is required of all Guests and must be presented, regardless of age, to purchase any alcoholic beverage.
- Attempting to use fraudulent identification, purchasing alcohol for a minor or any Guest who has been denied alcohol service, and/or attempting to purchase or possessing alcohol as a minor will result in immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
Possession
- There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per Guest, per sale at concessions stands and portable carts on the concourses of the Field, Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels and a limit of one alcoholic beverage per Guest, per sale at portable carts in the Bleachers and from vendors selling in the seating areas.
- Yankee Stadium management and Legends Hospitality reserve the right to deny the sale or service of alcohol to Guests who show signs of impairment. Guests found in possession of alcohol after being warned not to consume or purchase alcohol face immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges. It is a violation of New York State law to serve alcohol to anyone visibly impaired.
Guests who are or appear to be impaired, who deliberately conceal alcohol while attempting to enter the Stadium or who are in any other violation of the alcohol policy face immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
Sale of Alcohol
The sale of alcohol throughout the Stadium begins when gates open with the exception of the sale of alcohol by vendors in the seating areas, which begins 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the game. The sale of alcohol at portable carts in the Bleachers and in seating areas in the Bleachers will end at the start of the second half. The sale of alcohol in the Stadium's other seating areas, at concessions stands and portable carts on the concourses of the Field, Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels, at the Sony Terrace, at the Sunrun Rooftop Deck and at the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar will end at the conclusion of the third quarter. Please note that, pursuant to New York State law, no alcohol can be served prior to noon on Sunday.
Yankee Stadium management reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.
Animals
Service animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs presented by Bank of America
For Guests' convenience, automated teller machines (ATMs) are at the following locations:
- Great Hall: Adjacent to the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, near Gate 6
- Field Level: Section 127B-128
- Main Level: Sections 214A and 222
- Terrace/Grandstand Level: Sections 313, 320C and 330-331
- Bleachers: Section 237
Guests experiencing ATM-related problems should contact their financial institutions.

Automobile trouble
The AAA Automobile Club of New York provides free emergency roadside service after the Pinstripe Bowl game to any Guest experiencing automobile trouble. Guests requiring this service should go to the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall, or to the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2.
Bag Policy
Each Guest is welcome to bring one bag into Yankee Stadium provided the bag is soft-sided (e.g., diaper bags or small purses) and its dimensions do not exceed 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches as stipulated by Major League Baseball security regulations, which may be amended by MLB at any time. Briefcases, coolers and hard-sided bags and containers are not permitted. All bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the Stadium. Bag-size bins will be used at inspection points, and bags and their contents must fit without assistance, modification or adjustment. There is no storage area for any items that do not meet security requirements.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted provided they are event-related, in good taste, not of a commercial nature and not supported by wood, metal or other materials that could be injurious in a crowded public setting. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other Guests or Yankee Stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the Stadium in any manner. Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of Yankee Stadium management.
Bottles and Cans
No cans, thermoses or glass or aluminum bottles are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Exceptions are made for Guests with medical needs and for glass baby bottles at the sole and absolute discretion of Yankee Stadium management. Unopened soft-sided single-serve containers (e.g., small milk cartons or juice boxes), clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller, and empty plastic sports bottles are permitted.
Cameras and Video Equipment*
For Yankees home games, New York City FC home matches and the Pinstripe Bowl game, single-frame flash photography is permitted as are extended-length zoom lenses provided they do not interfere with the game or match or other Guests' enjoyment of the game or match. Selfie sticks, mono/tripods and other professional camera equipment, video cameras and any other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to transmit and/or stream or aid in transmitting and/or streaming any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information about any games or matches. Any Guests attempting to do so face immediate ejection without refund and/or possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.

Comments, Compliments and Feedback
Guests with a comment, a compliment or feedback may express it in person during games, matches and public events at open Guest Relations Booths and Kiosks or at the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2. Guests are encouraged to fill out comment cards, available throughout the Stadium. Dress Code
Given the numerous young fans in attendance at games, matches and other events, Yankee Stadium management strives for a family-friendly atmosphere at Yankee Stadium. As such, Yankee Stadium management reserves the right to ask anyone exposing him/herself to cover up or anyone with clothing deemed to be obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate to remove or cover up the item to ensure the safety of all Guests and to preserve the enjoyment of the game, match or event for all Guests. Guests are also prohibited from wearing clothing, face paint or masks that conceal or hide their faces. Those who refuse to comply will be denied entry or removed from the Stadium without refund.
Ejection
Guests who refuse to follow the direction of Yankee Stadium Team Members* or who do not comply with the Guest Code of Conduct face immediate ejection without refund and possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges and may also be in violation of New York State and City ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Elevators
There are 16 public elevators to help Guests navigate Yankee Stadium:
- Gate 2: Two elevators in the Yankee Stadium Lobby for SAP Suite Level-ticketed Guests, Guests with disabilities wishing to access the Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels, and those Guests who have access to the Audi Yankees Club
- Suite Entrance, adjacent to Gate 4: Two elevators for Legends Suite-, Delta SKY360 Suite- and SAP Suite Level- ticketed Guests
- Great Hall: Eight elevators for Guests wishing to access the Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels
- Gate 6: Two elevators for Guests wishing to access NYY Steak Yankee Stadium, Guests with disabilities wishing to visit the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America, Party City Party Suite-ticketed Guests, and those Guests who have access to the FedEx Banquet and Conference Center
- Gate 8: Two elevators that provide Guests with access to the Field Level and Bleachers
Emergency Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Yankee Stadium, Guests will be given instructions via, to the extent available, the public-address/open-caption systems and high-definition televisions in the concourses. Guests are encouraged to:
- be aware of their location in the Stadium at all times;
- identify the two exits located nearest to their seats;
- listen, watch for and follow instructions from the public-address system, video boards and concourse high-definition televisions (if available);
- ask for assistance and information from Yankee Stadium Team Members*, police, and medical and security personnel; and
- designate a meeting location outside the Stadium for their group in the event that they become separated during an evacuation.

Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Yankee Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the Stadium.
First Aid
Emergency medical personnel and ambulances are at Yankee Stadium during all games, matches and public events. There are three first-aid locations: Field Level at Section 128, Main Level at Section 221 and Terrace/Grandstand Level at Section 320C. Automated external defibrillators are located at various points throughout the Stadium, and designated medical personnel have been trained and certified to use them. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify security personnel or the nearest Yankee Stadium Team Member* or go to the nearest first-aid station. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the Stadium.

Food and Beverage Policy
Guests are permitted to bring food for individual consumption into Yankee Stadium as long as items are brought in a clear plastic grocery-style bag and are consumed in the general seating area. Outside food may not be brought into Stadium restaurants, suites, lounges or clubs. Food that could be used as a projectile (e.g., apples or oranges) must be sliced or sectioned. Clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller are also permitted. Please see the "Bottles and Cans" entry.
Game-Day Messages
The Fan Marquee displays personalized messages of 12 words or fewer. The messages are announced over the public-address system and displayed on the high-definition video board in center field. Messages are available on a first-come, first served basis and appear at the sole and absolute discretion of Yankee Stadium management. Only confirmed messages will appear. Fan Marquee messages, sponsored by Bug Doctor, are available for the Pinstripe Bowl game. Each message costs $100, which is donated to the not-for-profit New York Yankees Foundation. Gate Locations and Openings
Yankee Stadium has four gate locations for entry and exit:
- Gate 2, adjacent to left field: Enter via Jerome Avenue and East 164th Street
- Gate 4, behind home plate: Enter via East 161st Street and Macombs Dam Bridge
- Gate 6, adjacent to right field: Enter via East 161st Street and River Avenue
- Gate 8, adjacent to center field: Enter via River Avenue and East 164th Street
For every Yankees home game, Gate 6 and Gate 8 will open two hours prior to the scheduled start time. Guests will only have access to specific areas of the Stadium, including the newly enhanced Outfield Experience, featuring the Masterpass Batter's Eye Deck, Frank's RedHot Terrace, the Toyota Terrace, the 1893 Club (requires membership or 1893 Club ticket), Monument Park and select concession stands and seating areas.
All other gates, including Babe Ruth Plaza and the Suite Entrance (for Guests with access) will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Guests will have access to the rest of the Stadium, including the seating area, at this time. For New York City FC matches, gates open 90 minutes before the scheduled start time of the match. For the Pinstripe Bowl game, gates open two hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Please note that gate openings are subject to change during inclement weather and for special events, doubleheaders, Opening Day and postseason play. There may be a point during a game, match or event when Guests may only enter through the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2.
Guest Relations
Guest Relations Ambassadors (please see the "Yankee Stadium Team Members"* entry) are at Yankee Stadium to assist Guests in having a safe, enjoyable experience. The Stadium's two Guest Relations Booths are open during games, matches and select events to assist Guests with questions and address any needs they may have. The booths are located adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall and on the Field Level at Section 128. Guest Relations Kiosks are also available in and around the Stadium.

Lost and Found
Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item may do so at the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall, or at the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2. To inquire via phone, please call (718) 579-4413. Lost items turned in to Yankee Stadium management will be held at the Stadium for 10 days before being relinquished in accordance with New York State law.
Lost Children/Group Members
In the event a child or group member becomes separated from his or her group, the Guest will be escorted to the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2. Guests looking for a lost child or group member should locate a Yankee Stadium Team Member* and go directly to the lobby. Guest Relations provides complimentary wristbands for parents or group leaders who wish to "tag" their children or group members with their seat location. Parents and group leaders may get wristbands at Guest Relations Booths and Kiosks throughout the Stadium.

Monument Park
Monument Park, located in center field, recognizes former Yankees greats. For the Pinstripe Bowl game, it opens with the gates and remains accessible for Guests' enjoyment until 45 minutes prior to kickoff (subject to capacity limitations). Please note that the line to Monument Park may close earlier than the Park itself.
New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America
The New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America -- a museum within the museum that is Yankee Stadium - is located adjacent to Section 210 on the Main Level and tells baseball's and the Yankees' storied history through exhibits of historic artifacts. Ticketed Guests can enjoy the museum free of charge from the time the gates open until the end of the third quarter.
Nursing Mothers
A mother may nurse her child in any public location where she is comfortable and authorized to be. Nursing mothers seeking more discreet accommodations are welcome to use the Guest Relations Booth at Section 128, subject to availability.
Railings
For the safety of everyone in Yankee Stadium, Guests are asked to refrain from leaning on, reaching over, sitting on, standing near or placing objects on Stadium railings or ledges.
Recycling and Composting
Yankee Stadium management has made recycling and composting part of the Yankee Stadium experience and encourages all Guests to reduce, reuse and recycle. Located throughout the public concourses are receptacles with two compartments for Guests to divide their trash: one for cans and plastic bottles and one for all other items, including food waste, beverage cups, food packaging, straws, napkins and utensils.
Restrooms/Family Restrooms*
Restrooms and accessible restrooms are located on all levels of Yankee Stadium and are equipped with baby-changing tables. Family restrooms are in the following locations:
- Field Level: Sections 106, 124 and 130
- Delta SKY360 Suite: Section 221B
- Main Level: Sections 219, 227A and 234
- Terrace/Grandstand Level: Sections 311, 317, 327 and 333
- Bleachers: Section 201

Safety Warning
For the safety of everyone in Yankee Stadium, all Guests must stay alert and be aware of their surroundings at all times. Further, Guests concerned with their original ticketed location, at any time before or during the Pinstripe Bowl, should contact a Yankee Stadium ticket representative; however, please remember that: (a) any requested relocation is subject to availability; (b) any alternate seat or standing location may be in a section and/or level of the Stadium and/or within a price category that is not in the same section and/or level and/or price category of the Guests' original ticketed location, regardless of their original ticketed location; and (c) any Guest requesting relocation is responsible for paying the incremental price increase, if any, of the ticket price for the available alternate location. Relocation to a seat or standing location at a lower price than the price of the original ticketed location will not result in a refund or credit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in Yankee Stadium. There are no designated smoking areas, and re-entry is prohibited. Violators will be ejected immediately.
Standing/Sitting
Standing or sitting in the aisles, on the ramps or in the stairways is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Sitting or standing on seat backs, standing on seats or stepping over/on seats is also prohibited.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Fold-up strollers should be stored under Guests' seats provided that they can be stored safely without obstructing the aisleways for other Guests. Large folding strollers and non-folding strollers should be stored at the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted in Yankee Stadium; however, an umbrella may only be used if, when open, it provides protection only to the Guest holding it and does not interfere with other Guests' enjoyment of the game, match or event or compromise other Guests' ability to view the game, match or event. Large and/or golf umbrellas are not permitted in the Stadium. Guests may be asked to close their umbrella if it is obstructing the view of other Guests.

Yankee Stadium management strives to provide an accessible environment for all its Guests. Wheelchair accessible and designated aisle-transfer seats are available at various price points and locations. While at the Stadium during a game, match or public event, Guests may request to speak with a member of Disabled Services in person at any open Guest Relations Booth or Kiosk or in the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2.
Access-A-Ride Bus Stop
The Access-A-Ride bus stop is located adjacent to Gate 4 on East 161st Street.
Alternative Format Materials
Yankees home-game schedules and other print materials are available in Braille or large print upon request through Disabled Services.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available at no charge at the Guest Relations Booths. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or nondriver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit. Guests have a choice of an ear speaker, stereo headset or neckloop.
ATMs* presented by Bank of America
All automated teller machines (ATMs) at Yankee Stadium are marked with Braille. For Guests' convenience, ATMs are at the following locations:
- Great Hall: Adjacent to the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, near Gate 6
- Field Level: Section 127B-128
- Main Level: Sections 214A and 222
- Terrace/Grandstand Level: Sections 313, 320C and 330-331
- Bleachers: Section 237
Guests experiencing ATM-related problems should contact their financial institutions.

Captioning
There are two dedicated open-caption video boards for Guests who are deaf or have hearing loss: one in left field, just below Section 233B, and one in right field, just below Section 206. Captioning is also provided on the right-center field video board, on the high-definition video board in the Great Hall, on high-definition televisions throughout Yankee Stadium and on the video board in the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America.
Concessions Stands
Guests requiring assistance at any food service area should notify the nearest Yankee Stadium Team Member*, including those working at that concessions stand. Concessions stands have pens and paper and some combination of menus in Braille and/or large print and a reader to provide assistance in communicating.

Directional/Wayfinding Signage
Directional/wayfinding signage throughout Yankee Stadium assists Guests in getting around. Most of the directional signage is traditional mounted signage with large white lettering on a navy blue background. There is also large-scale electronic directional signage in the Great Hall.

Electrical Outlets
Electrical outlets available for recharging wheelchairs, scooters and other medical equipment are located at the Guest Relations Booths and at the following wheelchair accessible seating areas: Sections 021B, 029, 104-106, 109, 111, 114A, 116, 118-121B, 124, 127A, 130, 132-134, 211, 225, 226, 305, 306, 309, 310, 313-315, 317-320A, 320C-323, 325-327, 330, 331, 333 and 334 and in the Bleachers at Sections 203 and 235-237.
Elevators
There are 16 public elevators. Elevator operators are stationed in each elevator used by the general public.
- Gate 2: Two elevators in the Yankee Stadium Lobby for SAP Suite Level-ticketed Guests, Guests with disabilities wishing to access the Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels, and those Guests who have access to the Audi Yankees Club
- Suite Entrance, adjacent to Gate 4: Two elevators for Legends Suite-, Delta SKY360 Suite- and SAP Suite Level- ticketed Guests
- Great Hall: Eight elevators for Guests wishing to access the Main and Terrace/Grandstand Levels
- Gate 6: Two elevators for Guests wishing to access NYY Steak Yankee Stadium, Guests with disabilities wishing to visit the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America, Party City Party Suite-ticketed Guests, and those Guests who have access to the FedEx Banquet & Conference Center
- Gate 8: Two elevators that provide Guests with access to the Field Level and Bleachers
Emergency Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Yankee Stadium, Guests will be given instructions via, to the extent available, the public-address/open-caption systems and high-definition televisions in the concourses. Guests are encouraged to:
- be aware of their location in the Stadium at all times;
- identify the two exits located nearest to their seats;
- listen, watch for and follow instructions from the public-address system, video boards and concourse high-definition televisions (if available);
- ask for assistance and information from Yankee Stadium Team Members*, police, and medical and security personnel; and
- designate a meeting location outside the Stadium for their group in the event that they become separated during an evacuation.
*Please note that Yankee Stadium Team Members are not necessarily employees of the Yankees. All those who work in the Stadium and provide services to Guests are referred to as "Team Members" even though they may not be employed by the Yankees.
Entry and Carry-In Policy
All Guests are required to be screened via metal detectors before entering Yankee Stadium. Those Guests who choose not to or who are unable to go through a walk-through metal detector have the option of being checked with a hand-held metal detector or receiving a physical pat-down. For more information, please see "Entry and Carry-In Policy."
Escalators
There are two escalator banks at Yankee Stadium: one adjacent to the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office, located near Gate 4, and one adjacent to the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, located near Gate 6 in the Great Hall. Please be advised that escalators may be turned off and/or reversed during the course of the game, match or event. Please note that elevators are available as an alternate means of getting around.
First Aid
Emergency medical personnel and ambulances are at Yankee Stadium during all games, matches and public events. There are three first-aid locations: Field Level at Section 128, Main Level at Section 221 and Terrace/Grandstand Level at Section 320C. Automated external defibrillators are located at various points throughout the Stadium, and designated medical personnel have been trained and certified to use them. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify security personnel or the nearest Yankee Stadium Team Member* or go to the nearest first-aid station. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the Stadium.

Handheld Radios
A limited number of handheld radios are available at no charge at the Guest Relations Booths. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit. Guests will be provided with a stereo headset.
Guest Relations Booths/Kiosks
Guest Relations Ambassadors (please see the "Yankee Stadium Team Members"* entry of the A to Z Guide) are at Yankee Stadium to assist Guests in having a safe, enjoyable experience. The Stadium's two Guest Relations Booths are open during games, matches and select events to assist Guests with questions and address any needs they may have. The booths are located adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall and on the Field Level at Section 128. Guest Relations Kiosks are also available in and around the Stadium.

Induction Loops
Induction loops have been installed at approximately 50 locations throughout Yankee Stadium, including some concessions stands, first-aid stations, merchandise stores, Guest Relations Booths and ticket windows. Monument Park
Monument Park, located in center field, recognizes former Yankees greats. For the Pinstripe Bowl game, it opens with the gates and remains accessible for Guests' enjoyment until 45 minutes prior to kickoff (subject to capacity limitations). Please note that the line to Monument Park may close earlier than the Park itself. Monument Park is accessible via elevators adjacent to Gate 8. Please ask a Yankee Stadium Team Member (please see the "Yankee Stadium Team Members"* entry of the A to Z Guide) for assistance.

Ramps
There are two ramps located inside Yankee Stadium: one adjacent to Gate 2 on the left-field side of the Stadium and one adjacent to Gate 6 on the right-field side of the Stadium. Both ramps are accessible for Guests who use wheelchairs or scooters.
Restrooms/Family Restrooms*
Restrooms and accessible restrooms are located on all levels of Yankee Stadium and are equipped with baby-changing tables. Family restrooms are in the following locations:
- Field Level: Sections 106, 124 and 130
- Delta SKY360 Suite: Section 221B
- Main Level: Sections 219, 227A and 234
- Terrace/Grandstand Level: Sections 311, 317, 327 and 333
- Bleachers: Section 201

Service Animals
Service animals accompanying Guests with disabilities are permitted in Yankee Stadium. If special accommodation is required, please contact Disabled Services. Guests who need to "park" or "air" their service animal must proceed to the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2, to have their ticket stamped/signed by security personnel. After the ticket has been stamped/signed, Guests may exit and re-enter the Stadium only through the lobby.
TTY Telephone
In the case of an emergency, a TTY telephone is available at the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall.
Wheelchair Storage
Guests may store their wheelchairs/scooters at Guest Relations Booths or have security personnel assist with storing the wheelchair/scooter as close as possible to their seat location. Yankee Stadium management is not responsible for the damage or theft of any stored item.
Wheelchair Transfer
Yankee Stadium management strongly recommends that Guests who use a wheelchair/scooter bring a wheelchair/scooter to move around at their convenience and to access restrooms, concessions stands and other areas, as Yankee Stadium does not have wheelchairs to rent or loan for any portion of the game, match or event. Courtesy wheelchair transfers (when available) may only be provided from the gate Guests enter through to their seat location and from their seat location to an exit gate when they are ready to leave. If the need arises, the courtesy wheelchair transfer service may be halted because of medical situations. Guests may request this courtesy service from security personnel. Please be aware that there will be a period of time that Guests will have to wait for a wheelchair transfer. Wheelchair transfers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair transporters are not permitted to leave the Stadium to pick up or deliver Guests outside the gates.
