Know Before You Go
Contactless technology will be implemented in many aspects of the Yankee Stadium experience. As such, all tickets will be delivered digitally/mobile-only and available on the Guests’ mobile devices via the MLB Ballpark app. No paper tickets will be issued.
Plan ahead: Mobile tickets should be downloaded and accessible before proceeding through the security screenings at Yankee Stadium. Click here for more information on how to download and access your mobile tickets.
Yankee Stadium has four gate locations for entry and exit:
- Gate 2, adjacent to left field: Enter via Jerome Avenue and East 164th Street
- Gate 4, behind home plate: Enter via East 161st Street and Macombs Dam Bridge
- Gate 6, adjacent to right field: Enter via East 161st Street and River Avenue
- Gate 8, adjacent to center field: Enter via River Avenue and East 164th Street
All gates will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time of World Series Home Games 1, 2 and 3.
Gate openings are subject to change during inclement weather and for special events, doubleheaders, Opening Day, the Old-Timers' Day game and postseason play or at Yankee Stadium management's discretion. There may be a point during a game when Guests may only enter through the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2.
The Yankees are proud to partner with CLEAR to provide ticketed fans with a faster, easier way into Yankee Stadium. Download the free CLEAR app, sign up, and enter through designated CLEAR Lane expedited entry at Babe Ruth Plaza and the Suite Entrance (for Guests with access). Pursuant to an MLB mandate, additional, enhanced security measures will be in place at all Gates at the Stadium.
