Parking

The Tigers are excited to provide our fans with an easy way to pre-book a parking spot before driving to the game through our preferred partner, ParkWhiz. View the closest parking options to Comerica Park from ParkWhiz and reserve your space today.

All lots owned and operated by Olympia Development in The District Detroit have been modernized and improved. Facilities are paved, secure, feature LED lighting, ornamental fencing and accept payment via credit cards.

General Parking

There are numerous parking lots in the District Detroit that are open to the public on a first come first served basis. Parking facility access is generally two hours before game time. Vehicles will be directed into spaces, and reserving spaces is not allowed. Tailgating and in and out privileges are not allowed in any of the parking facilities.

Reserved Parking

Limited reserved parking spaces for the season are available for Luxury Suites, On-Deck Circle, Club Seat, and regular Season Ticketholders. For information on the availability of season parking permits, please call Olympia Development Parking Services at (313) 471-2255.

ADA/Disabled

All Olympia Development parking facilities have ADA compliant parking spaces. The disabled spaces in the reserved parking facilities are for use by guests that have the appropriate reserved area parking permit and a state issued license plate or placard. A special disabled parking area will be created for game days only in 61 E. Elizabeth and the D Garage, which is accessible from Woodward and Elizabeth. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Oversized Vehicle Parking

No oversized vehicle parking is allowed in any ODM parking lot. Oversized vehicle parking is allowed on the Fisher Service Drive.

Refunds

In the event a game is postponed or canceled, fans who paid upon arrival and parked in an Olympia Development Parking lot or garage have 48 hours to call 313-725-3848 to obtain a refund. Guests with pre-paid parking passes can retain their pass, which will be automatically updated to be valid the date of the make-up game.

Shuttles

The designated drop off/pick up area for shuttles is on Clifford between Elizabeth and Columbia and Fisher Freeway. Local bars, restaurants, clubs, and private rental shuttle vans and mini buses may drop off and pick up their guests in this area. This designated zone is for drop off and pick up only. No staging or parking will be permitted. Please contact your favorite bar or restaurant to check their availability of a shuttle service to the game.

Group Buses

All group buses may park on eastbound Fisher between Woodward and Brush and on Brush north of Fisher free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Please contact the Detroit Tigers Group Sales Department at (313) 471-BALL for information regarding group ticket prices.

Limousines

Limousine services are available throughout Metro Detroit. Generally arrangements can be made in advance by contacting a company of your choice. For limousine services refer to the "Limousine" section of the Yellow pages. All limousines may park on eastbound Fisher between Woodward and Brush and on Brush north of Fisher free of charge on a first come, first served basis.
