In an effort to support the greater Detroit community, Tigers players partner with the Detroit Tigers Foundation in a program called Autographs for a Cause. Through this program, players sign limited edition Topps baseball cards in exchange for a donation to the Detroit Tigers Foundation, the club's official charity. Tigers players then match donations made, and the funds raised are donated to charitable organizations supporting specific causes identified by the player. Below is the roster of participating players, benefiting charities, and requested donations.

Donations are limited to four (4) cards, per player, per person, while supplies last. Autographed cards will be mailed approximately 2-4 weeks from date of donation.
