Live Ticket Exchange Program
Exclusive to Royals Season Ticket Members who have a traditional Full (81), Half (41), or Partial (21) Season Ticket package, and/or $20,000 Fan’s Choice package, you will have the opportunity to access the Live Ticket Exchange. This exclusive program is available only to the primary account holders, which will allow you to exchange Season Tickets in advance for an equal or lesser game designation.
How it works:
- The Live Ticket Exchange Program is only available to Season Ticket Members with a traditional Full (81), Half (41), or Partial (21) Season Ticket package, and/or $10,000 or $20,000 Fan’s Choice package.
- Once Season Tickets/Parking have been exchanged, redeemed, or forwarded, they cannot be used in the Live Ticket Exchange Program. Season Tickets that are forwarded must be recalled by the primary account holder to be exchanged.
- The exchange program is ONLY available on the primary account holder’s My Royals Tickets account (royals.com/mytix).
- Available games are based on the day of the original game you are exchanging.
- Sunday through Thursday games can only be exchanged for Sunday through Thursday games.
- Friday and Saturday games can be exchanged for any game.
- Opening Day (March 28th, 2024) is excluded from all Ticket Exchanges
- No game exceptions or substitutions will be allowed.
- Ticket exchanges must be completed up to 4 hours prior to game time. Only one game can be exchanged at a time and parking must be exchanged separately.
- Tickets with loaded value may only be exchanged for tickets in loaded value areas (Craft & Draft, Diamond Club Tables and Boxes).
- Exchanged tickets are available for any seating category with availability, excluding Premium seating (CommunityAmerica Crown Club and Diamond Club), Craft & Draft, and Rivals.
- Exchanged tickets will be available at the Season Ticket price and are only available as a one-for-one exchange.
- In the event a ticket is exchanged for a lesser priced seating category, the difference in pricing will be deposited into a credit on your account.
- Ticket exchange credit can be used for a Group Ticket purchase by contacting our Membership Services Team at 816-504-4040, option 3.
- Ticket exchange credit must be used during the 2024 regular season and expires on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024. There are no refunds on credit.
- Live Ticket Exchanges are based on availability at the time of exchange.
- The Royals reserve the right to make policy changes and deny access to the Live Ticket Exchange Program. At the discretion of the Royals, season tickets will be reverted to the original game date and seating location, if available. Exact seating location will be determined at the time of processing. Exchanged tickets are not for resale.
