Season Ticket Redemption Program

To redeem unused tickets, contact Membership Services at (816) 504-4040, option 3 or seasonticketmember@royals.com.

• The unused Season Ticket Redemption Program is only available for 2025 Season Ticket Members with a traditional 81, 41, or 21 game season ticket plan.
• The Kansas City Royals reserve the right to add or remove available redemption dates based on ticket availability.
• Only unused past game season tickets from the current season may be redeemed for new tickets. Tickets for future game dates may not be redeemed. Instead, you may use the Live Exchange Program for these games.
• Redemption Tickets can be purchased for $5/per ticket in Field Box, Field Plaza, Dugout Plaza, Outfield Box, Outfield Plaza, Loge Infield, Loge Outfield, View Box, View Reserved, View Outfield.
• Redemption tickets are not available in the CommunityAmerica Crown Club, Diamond Club, Craft + Draft, Dugout Box, Front Field Box, Front Dugout Box, or Inner Dugout Plaza.
• Unused tickets/parking may only be redeemed one (1) time for a newly selected game. Once redemption is made for a specific game, season tickets/parking may not be redeemed for another game.
• Season Ticket parking is available as part of the Redemption program. Redeemed parking locations are based on season parking package and availability at the time of redemption.
• Season Ticket Redemptions must be completed 24 hours prior to the Redemption game.
• Only the Account Holder of Record or authorized partner on the account are allowed to redeem tickets and the maximum of ten (10) tickets may be redeemed per game and are based on availability.
• No Loaded Value will be applied to any redemption tickets.
• Tickets exchanged through the Live Ticket Exchange program cannot be used in the Redemption Program.
• No game substitutions or exceptions will be allowed, and games available for the Redemption Program can change at any time.
• Season Ticket Members must contact their Membership Services Representative by phone or email for redemption. Redemptions are not available at the Box Office.
